Comfortable ground floor apartment 45 sqm of a family house located in a central location in the popular Punta Umago area, right between the city center and the beautiful beaches. All easily accessible on foot. The apartment is furnished with lots of love. The highlight is of course the large terrace with the beautiful garden. deal for families with children or two couples of friends.
Pets are allowed (maximum one small size on request) to be paid in cash upon arrival.
The apartment is very close to the supermarket, 150 m from the Umag promenade and the sea, while it is 900 m away from the beach, 450 m from the gas station, bank and ATM at 250 m, 10 m from the restaurant and 900 m. from the center of Umag. It is located in a privileged position, in a few minutes, the beach and the city center can be reached on foot. In the vicinity of the apartment, there is the Istra restaurant with a wide choice of special menus of fish, meat, and dessert. At only 150 m there is the station of the tourist train that leaves from the tourist village of Katoro and along the coast arrives in Umag center and vice versa.

* The registration only on the first day, to be paid in cash upon arrival.

* Pets are welcome with prior notice, Supplement per pet per day, to be paid on arrival.

* Smoking is allowed on the terrace or outside, while smoking is not allowed inside.

* We kindly ask our guests:

- to respect the neighbors and to behave calmly and discretely, especially at night or during the afternoon rest,
- for safety reasons, to turn off the air conditioning, washing machine, and dishwasher when they are not in the accommodation,
- to use the equipment of the accommodation with caution
- to leave the containers empty and to wash the used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
- to declare to the owner any damage caused, that after an accurate assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure,
- to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure to arrange the delivery of the keys.

* The accommodation must be left free by 10.00 on the last day of stay.

A garden with a table and benches and a barbecue is available for shared use. The possibility to park your car safely inside the fenced structure will make you feel safer and more peaceful. In our apartment, you can spend days of rest and relaxation relaxing in the garden or on the veranda.

The accommodation consists of two bedrooms with double beds 160 x 200, wardrobes, night lamps, bed linen provided (changed weekly), an equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, microwave oven, kettle, coffee machine, oven, stove, extractor hood, the dining room with table and 4 chairs, fridge with freezer area, flat-screen satellite TV, free Wi-Fi internet connection, bathroom with shower, sink with cabinet and mirror, toilet, bidet, washing machine, hairdryer, bath towels provided (two per person - changed weekly), the corridor with hangers and air conditioner, the beautiful veranda furnished with table and chairs.

In the center of Umag we recommend visiting the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, we recommend a walk along the famous Umag dam named “Diga”, to explore the narrow and interesting alleys of the old town of Umag, the new square embellished with a fountain, go shopping in the shops in the center or visit the stalls and the playground on the promenade for the delight of children. To buy more groceries, we recommend driving a few kilometers to the largest and most convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland, or Plodine in Umag.
There are several
opportunities for recreation in the Umag area: tennis courts, the 18-hole Adriatic Golf Club, equestrian centers, sports centers for water sports
enthusiasts where it is possible to practice water skiing, diving, boat rental, the adrenaline park Jangalooz for children with minigolf course near the Sol
Stella Maris tourist village, night clubs, casino’, the possibility of various boat or bus trips.
The area is full of renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food restaurants, bars. Those who want to explore Istria will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums, and impressive marinas.
For non-beach days or evenings, we recommend making unforgettable trips inland. The picturesque artists' village Grožnjan has a beautiful terrace from which you can enjoy a magnificent view over the Mirna river valley. Motovun, the typical medieval town located on a hill, is known for the film festival, which has been taking place in late July for years. Livade, the town known for its white truffle found in the nearby woods. For lovers of astronomy and wishing to admire the sky and the stars, visit the Višnjan Astronomical Center, 30 km from Umag, by appointment. For cave enthusiasts, visit the small marvelous Baredine cave just 15 km from Umag. Don't miss the chance to visit Hum, the smallest city in the world just 60 km from Umag. Also interesting are the cities on the coast such as Pula, Rovinj, and Poreč, as well as the Brijuni National Park which can also be visited with organized excursions. Various "Fish Picnic" boat trips are organized, with picnics based on fish or meat during which you will have the opportunity to visit Rovinj and Poreč or Novigrad. Many tourists are interested in the wonderful day trip to Venice by hydrofoil. To the delight of children, visit the Istralandia water park 20 km from Umag and the Funtana "Dino park" theme park, where fun is guaranteed and makes the hearts of young and old beat faster. For gourmets, there are several options for tasting excellent Istrian wines, cheeses, olive oil, typical Istrian ham, and much more.
