The air-conditioned apartment is located in a family house located in the tourist area of Umag - Punta, a favorite among tourists for its several beaches and coast surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation full of plants, various species of evergreen shrubs, pines and cypresses . The location is quiet, sunny surrounded by greenery. The beaches and seaside facilities can be easily reached on foot in a few minutes. The tennis courts where the famous ATP Open Croatia Umag tennis tournament has taken place for years are 900 meters away.

The apartment consists of two comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed, two bedside tables with night lamps, wardrobe, bed linen is provided (changed weekly). The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, bidet, mirror, sink with cabinet, toilet and external window. Two bath towels per person are provided (changed weekly). The living area has a fully equipped kitchenette, equipped with a hob with three gas burners and an electric hob, oven, extractor hood, fridge with freezer area, coffee machine and mocha. The dining room connected to the kitchenette has a table and chairs, sofa and TV
flat screen with satellite programs. From the kitchen there is an exit onto the large terrace, partly covered and furnished with table and chairs. At the entrance there is a corridor equipped with a wardrobe, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi internet connection. Free private parking in the courtyard.

Punta-Umag
The Punta Umag area where the apartment is located is the most beautiful tourist area of Umag, known since Roman times. The neighborhood is quiet and sunny, made up of private houses embellished with well-kept gardens full of flowers and plants and some buildings. The area is equipped with two parks with children's games near the beaches, free outdoor gym equipment on the seafront and magnificent lawns and groves. In the area there are 3 hotels, tennis courts, numerous bars, excellent restaurants offering fish menus, the ACI marina, petrol station, supermarket. The neighborhood is an excellent choice for those who love tranquility and comfort due to its proximity to the seafront and the various beaches.
The nearby beaches are varied to satisfy every type of need, sandy, rocky, pebbly, equipped, with the possibility of renting deck chairs and umbrellas.
The center of Umag is easily reachable on foot in 10-20 minutes.
From the tourist village of Katoro along the coast passing through the Punta area, the tourist train travels to the center of Umag and vice versa.

In the center of Umag we recommend visiting the museum, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag Dam, exploring the narrow and interesting alleys of the historic center of Umag, the new square embellished with a fountain, shopping in the shops in the center or visit the stalls and the playground on the seafront for the joy of children.
To purchase a larger quantity of food, we recommend traveling a few kilometers by car to the largest and most convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine in Umag.
There are various leisure opportunities in the Umag area: tennis courts, the 18-hole Adriatic Golf Club, equestrian centres, sports centers for water sports enthusiasts where it is possible to practice water skiing, diving, boat rental, adrenaline park for children and mini golf course in Jangalooz near the Sol Stella Maris tourist village, night clubs, casino, possibility of various boat or coach trips.
The area is full of renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food outlets, bars. Those who want to explore Istria will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums and impressive marinas.
For non-beach days or evenings we recommend taking unforgettable trips inland. The picturesque artists' village Grožnjan has a splendid terrace from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Mirna river valley. Motovun is a typical medieval town located on a hill, known for its film festival, which has taken place at the end of July for years. Livade, the town known for the white truffle found in the nearby woods. For lovers of astronomy and wish to admire the sky and the stars, visit by appointment the Astronomical Center in Višnjan, 30 km from Umag. For cave enthusiasts, visit the small wonderful Baredine cave just 15 km from Umag. Don't miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest city in the world just 60 km from Umag. Also interesting are the cities on the coast such as Pula, Rovinj and Poreč, as well as the Brijuni national park which can also be visited on organized trips. Various "Fish picnic" boat trips are organized there, with fish or meat picnics during which you will have the opportunity to visit Rovinj and Poreč or Novigrad. Many tourists are interested in the wonderful day trip to Venice by hydrofoil. To the delight of children, visit the Istralandia water park 20 km from Umag and the Funtana theme park "Dino park", where fun is guaranteed and makes the hearts of adults and children beat faster. For gourmets, there are several options for tastings of excellent Istrian wines, cheeses, olive oil, typical Istrian ham and much more.
