Beautiful flat near the sea with a bubble balcony with two seats, ideal for young couples who want to spend their holidays in peace. The beach and bathing establishments are just a few minutes' walk away (distance 600 metres). It is located in a family house with a garden and a private car park in front of the house. In the house there is another flat for up to 2 people that can be rented and one is occupied by the friendly owners. The property is located in the most popular tourist area of Umag. The beaches in the area are sandy and well equipped. Near the coast there are pine trees or other plants where you can shelter from the sun during the hottest hours of the day. There are also pebbly, challenging and rocky beaches, as the coastline changes its structure every few hundred metres. The area is still quiet and central. Near the house are the Stella Maris tennis courts, where the famous Umag ATP Croatia Open tennis tournament has been held for years.
Beautiful, simple and modest flat for 2 adults and two children or three adults with a small terrace for two people and garden furniture with parasol. At the entrance there is a corridor leading to the separate toilet with service and small sink. From the corridor you can access the small balcony which is shaded all day. From the corridor you enter a small anteroom from which you enter the room with a double bed (160 x 200) with wardrobe and a sofa, air conditioning and bed linen (weekly change) ), connected to the bedroom the bathroom with shower, sink with cabinet and mirror, Bath towels provided two per person (changed weekly), next to the living area with flat screen satellite TV, the kitchen equipped with 3 gas burners and an electric extractor bonnet, fridge, dining table with 4 chairs, sofa bed for two children or one adult, free wifi internet connection (possibly poor reception). The owners use the terrace next to the patio, in the garden there are two tortoises, pigeons and a dog.

The flat is located just a few minutes from the supermarket, petrol station, promenade, restaurants and the beach. It is located in a privileged tourist area, the beaches for all tastes and the centre of Umag are within easy walking distance, the coast only 250 m.
