The apartment suitable for small families with one child is located on the ground floor of a family house with a private entrance. The accommodation is located in the tourist area of Umag preferred by tourists and offers everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Small pets are allowed with a supplement. The simply furnished apartment, equipped with everything needed for a relaxing holiday. It has a bedroom with a double bed, two bedside tables with night lamps and a wardrobe. Bed linen is provided (changed weekly). The living area equipped with a sofa bed for a child, a dining table with 3 chairs, free Wi-Fi internet connection, air conditioning. The equipped kitchen has a stove with two gas burners, extractor hood, kettle, coffee machine, microwave oven. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, toilet, sink with mirror, hairdryer and external window, two bath towels per person are provided.

The small terrace with table and 3 chairs at the entrance to the apartment. Free parking available in front of the house. For shared use there is a tavern in a nearby building equipped with a barbecue, table and chairs where you can spend the evenings with friends and an outdoor shower in the garden.

Located in a prime location near the famous ATP tennis center, where the famous ATP Croatia Open Umag tennis tournament has been taking place for years. Near the house the children's playground. Only 400 m away is the Sol Stella Maris tourist village and the station of the tourist train that travels along the coast from Katoro to the center of Umag and vice versa. In the center of Umag we recommend visiting the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag Dam, exploring the narrow and interesting alleys of the historic center of Umag, the new square embellished with a fountain, shopping in the shops in the center or visit the stalls and the playground on the waterfront for the joy of the children. To buy a larger quantity of groceries, we recommend traveling a few kilometers by car to the larger and more convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine in Umag. There are various opportunities for recreation in the Umag area: tennis courts, the 18-hole Golf Club Adriatic, horse riding centers, sports centers for water sports enthusiasts where you can practice water skiing, diving, boat rental, adrenaline park for children and mini golf course in Jangalooz near the Sol Stella Maris tourist village, night clubs, casino, possibility of various boat trips or by bus. The area is full of renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food, bars. Those who want to explore Istria will discover caves, ruins, numerous churches, museums and impressive marinas. For non-beach days or evenings, we recommend unforgettable trips to the hinterland. The picturesque artists' village Grožnjan has a beautiful terrace from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Mirna river valley. Motovun the typical medieval town located on a hill, known for the film festival, which has been held for years at the end of July. Livade, the small town known for the white truffle found in the nearby woods. For lovers of astronomy and wish to admire the sky and the stars, visit the Višnjan Astronomical Center 30 km from Umag by appointment. For cave enthusiasts, visit the small wonderful Baredine cave only 15 km from Umag. Don't miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest city in the world only 60 km from Umag. Also interesting are the cities on the coast such as Pula, Rovinj and Poreč, as well as the Brijuni national park which can also be visited with organized trips. There are organized various "Fish picnic" boat trips, with fish or meat picnics during which you will have the opportunity to visit Rovinj and Poreč or Novigrad.
