## Living & Relaxation

Spread over two floors, the chalet offers approximately **150 m² of living space**, featuring warm wooden interiors, charming traditional details and a cosy, welcoming atmosphere.

There are **four bedrooms** in total: three double bedrooms, including a special room featuring a historic Tyrolean bed from the 17th century (120 × 180 cm), and a spacious family bedroom with a double bed and bunk beds.

The traditional living room on the ground floor, with its charming Tyrolean stove bench, is perfect for spending cosy evenings together. A second lounge upstairs, equipped with a large **Smart TV**, provides additional space to unwind.

For your convenience, the chalet has **two bathrooms and two toilets**. The spacious ground-floor bathroom features a bathtub and a modern walk-in rain shower, along with a separate toilet. Upstairs, you will find another bathroom with a shower and toilet.

The **private terrace and garden area** invite you to enjoy the fresh mountain air, peaceful surroundings and stunning panoramic views.

## Nature & Activities on Your Doorstep

Whether you prefer leisurely walks to traditional alpine huts, challenging mountain hikes or excursions to crystal-clear mountain lakes, numerous hiking trails can be found right nearby.

The **Schwemmalm ski and hiking area** is just an 8-minute drive away, while the village of St. Walburg, with shops and restaurants, is approximately 15 minutes away by car.

A parking space is available approximately **60 metres from the chalet**, which can be reached via a short footpath.

Please note that the chalet extends over two floors and that there are steps both along the path to the property and inside the building. Guests with reduced mobility should take this into consideration when booking.
