This home is access from the front carport. A short entrance hall offers access to a bathroom with shower and European laundry with washing machine. You then find yourself walking into an open plan kitchen and dining space with an enclosed deck looking out across the picturesque garden with access to the garden down rear stairs. At the other end of this open plan space are stairs leading up to a loft which offers two single beds. On this level there is also a lounge with an HD Smart TV, two bedrooms with King beds, another bedroom with two single beds and a main bathroom with shower and separate bathtub. Completing the picture for property number one is another deck, this one outdoors, looking out over the front garden.

With free wifi throughout, air-conditioning in the main living area, quality linen and towels provided, a fully equipped kitchen (including a coffee machine - a holiday must!), plenty of parking and all the space you could ever need, this truly is the perfect holiday home for the extended family or group of friends. This stunning home is set in a valley amongst lush bushlands, hidden from the road, yet only minutes to the beach. A 10-minute walk will get you to either Mollymook Beach or Narrawallee Beach. The fabulous Rick Stein's restaurant at Bannisters is only a short 10-minute drive away. For those wishing to tee off while on holiday, the Mollymook Golf Course is a short drive away. If you need supplies, Ulladulla boasts all the shops, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants you'll need and is only a 5-minute drive south. If you're after something more boutique, then the quaint little town of Milton is only a 5-minute drive north - make sure you stock up on goodies from the popular Woodstock handmade chocolate shop.
The Shoalhaven region, and Mollymook in particular, is famous for stunning beaches and pristine coastline, all only 3 hours drive south of Sydney. Whether you're into fishing, surfing, bushwalking, or just sitting down with a glass of wine and a magazine, this is the place for you!
