The Space:
The Location - The Ulladulla harbour, boat ramp, grasslands and park with a great children's pirate ship are all across the road from this lovely apartment. Easy stroll to the CBD.

Launch the boat across the road at the boat ramp for an enjoyable day out. The lovely green parkland with picnic facilities and a great children's playground are across the road. A short stroll and you are in the CBD of Ulladulla to explore the shops, restaurants and cafes. Enjoy the Harbour lights at night.

Near by are the great swimming and surfing beaches at Mollymook. Explore the quaint seaside villages in surrounding areas where the bush meets the sea.

The Apartment - From inside this holiday home - and from the front deck - you can look across the road and through the few trees that separate it from the ocean and the Harbour break water.

The home has 2 bedrooms and a sunroom at the back with a set of bunk beds. There is a shady back deck with a BBQ, and a large grassy open garden to enjoy ball games with the family

The house is a duplex, with no access to the garage, off street parking for 1 vehicle only.

This property does not provide personal linen - sheets, towels, tea towels. You are able to hire linen on booking, which will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival.

Important Notes:
- Linen is NOT provided at this property. Please bring your own, or alternatively, contact our office for hire details.
