The sofas are old and the springs from the cushions could be felt - so they could be replaced, but I'm concerned that to do so would motivate the owners to increase the price, which currently is relatively affordable. The view out to the ocean is spectacular and the location was exactly what we needed. With that said, a few frustrating things that are good to know before you go (or book this property at all): -- the bunk bed is very high and it doesn't have a guard rail or a ladder.
