Villetta Francesca - Salento Reservation is a beautiful villa just 50 meters from the sea, capable of comfortably accommodating up to nine people. Located in Torre San Giovanni, marina of Ugento, it is a very active and popular destination during the summer—indeed, it is one of the liveliest marinas along the southern Salento coastline.
The property is situated on the ground floor and consists of a spacious living room furnished with table and chairs, a kitchen with a fully equipped kitchenette for preparing delicious meals, a double bedroom with mosquito net, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with shower box, a triple bedroom with a double bed and an additional single bed, equipped with a ceiling fan, a double bedroom with a ceiling fan, and a twin bedroom with a fan. Inside the house, there is also a second bathroom complete with shower box.
Outside, the property offers a fantastic front veranda furnished with garden furniture, perfect for enjoying wonderful sunsets.
The property includes every comfort: TV, fans, barbecue, Wi-Fi, washing machine, and the possibility of free street parking.
Moreover, every commercial activity such as newsstands, tobacconists, shops, restaurants, bars, nightclubs, beach clubs, and much more can be reached on foot, as the property is located right on the coastline in the very center of town.
Torre San Giovanni offers a large pedestrian area that complements the former seafront and has enriched the town with a truly lively promenade, always full of people. Here takes place most of the social life of this Salento town: there are shops for shopping lovers, as well as many venues where you can enjoy delicious aperitifs after the beach or before a night out in nearby Gallipoli. Every step is accompanied by background music from the various venues open for most of the day and evening: some offer modern music to accompany the aperitifs of younger crowds, while others play traditional music that brightens up family dinners in typical restaurants. The pedestrian area by the sea is certainly the highlight of the marina of Torre San Giovanni.
