It`s in a townhouse complex, 200 meters away from the beach, the apartment is a holiday home for rent in Lido Marini, on the coast of Ugento. The house is on the first floor, with a large terrace, basic furniture, functional to a vacation by the sea in Salento. It can accommodate up to 6 guests and it`s pet friendly.

The comfortable staircase takes to the first floor. The apartment consists of a dining area with open kitchen, the sleeping area with master bedroom and twin bedroom and a small living room with sofa bed that, if necessary, can become the third bedroom, for a total of 6 bed accommodations.

The house is completed by a bathroom with shower, two balconies. The apartment is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, hair-dryer, television and iron.

The surroundings of the apartment
The holiday home for rent is 200 meters away from the beach and beach establishments. The amenities and shops of Lido Marini are within walking distance and other famous seaside locations such as Leuca and Torre San Giovanni are a short drive away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 15 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
