The Staff at Rosell Boher was amazing. We visited in Feb and it rarely gets rain. The night we arrived it stormed and we followed google directions (DO NOT come from the North Rte 7) and got stuck in the mud in the rental car. The hotel was amazing and the staff came out in the rain and mud and towed us 5km back to the hotel with the tractor! They made sure we had dinner and a glass of sparkling wine waiting when we arrived as well as we'd missed normal dinner time.
Additionally, my wife is pregnant and very food sensitive. The kitchen was great making us things to accommodate that weren't even on the menu to make sure she had something to eat. Reception was awesome helping us book tours and lunches and the one time the wifi went out in the room, they had someone there in minutes to troubleshoot.
Yes, the hotel is expensive, but you get what you pay for in gorgeous and comfortable accommodations, excellent service, and wonderful food. Serious the steak in the 3 course lunch is perfect. Oh, and of course, they make some pretty good wine as well. Location is great around a bunch of other vineyards which makes visiting easy.
Cannot recommend enough. Just book a villa for a few days, spoil yourself for that special get away and enjoy.
