"The property gives you high luxury in the middle of nature. But what makes the place exceptional is the services given by staff. They treat you like VIP from arrival to check out. "I had a group of 16 staying at the lodge and we all absolutely loved it! The facility was lovely and the rooms were very nice. The staff especially are very welcoming and kind. Best experience was walking out of the restaurant after dinner and seeing an elephant standing in the middle of the path. 10/10 would recommend!"

"Nice properly with beautiful green natural surroundings. Staff for dining were very slow. Buffet items were finished or cold when we got there and no effort to refill. Lunch only given choice of a la carte while others had buffet with lot of choice.Hans kept refusing any orders we requested as vegetarian including making a sandwich which despite explaining thoroughly he got it wrong. "If you like bird watching and going for a walk in a pristine nature, then it is probably the best place within a short distance from Entebbe airport. The easiest way to get to Buvi Lodge is by boat from Entebbe. Ask the hotel to send a boat to pick you up at the harbour, where the ferry goes to Nakiwogo. The resort is very isolated, but you do not have to worry about being ripped for money in the restaurant. I paid 10 US$ for a big pepper steak with fries and a pint of beer. The food is tasty...

"I am really, really tired of hotels claiming that they have ‘free wifi’ (I stay in hotels >300 nights per year). This hotel had only intermittent electricity (so no power to the small fan in the room at night). In 48 hour stay perhaps 2 hours of connectivity. I encourage Hotels.com to add a third category “wifi MAY be available”"

"You pay high $ value for this hotel and the first thing is the half mile road leading to hotel is nothing but pot holes and absolutely rugged. Entering the reception area, there was not enough light to fill in the forms, etc. Amenities in the room were less than adequate. Poor lighting and just one plug to use your charger hair dryer etc. BTW, no hair dryer. "

"Vom Manager bis zum Reinigungspersonal sind alle sehr freundlich und bemüht, dem Gast den bestmöglichsten Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Sehr gute Küche, Zimmer sehr sauber. Viele Aktivitäten werden angeboten. Sogar ein Frühstück im Busch wurde uns ermöglicht. SEHR kinderfreundliche Lodge( unsere Jungs sind 5+7 und sehr aufgeweckt) Vielleocht die beste Unterkunft in der wir je waren, kann man nur weiterempfehlen!!!!"

"primeiro o restaurante não gostei , o café da manha fraco achei um absurdo eles me deram somente um cartão de entrada no quarto eramos 2duas pessoas eu minha esposa perdi o meu catão em uma farmacia que fui comprar remedio , eles queriam me cobtrar 10 dolares para eu poder entrar no quarto e a luz só funcionava com cartão , viajo a muito tempo nunca tinha visto isso, a piscina um tanque somente com espaço para duas mesas sem sol e sem nenhum espaço para completar estava faltando um degrau na escada que só tinha uma para subir para borda , terminando o quarto e a educação dos funcionarios muito boa somente "
