"Everything was spotlessly clean and contact with email hotel manager was very quick regarding a few concerns that we came across.Everything was solved in quick and professional manner. Although, on the day of our check out, the cleaning crew started to knock to our doors from 7AM, and after that 3 more times and at 9AM they entered the room while we still were sleeping. I understand they they want to clean but check out it’s at 11AM. In the United States it’s just unacceptable to do that."

"Location close to the metro was great for our trip. We were a bit disappointed at arrival as we thought we would have a living room, which we didn't have. It was difficult to "read" the images and to know which images belonged to which appartement. But all in all, it was a great stay. The queen beds can accommodate two people if you really like each other. ;) Otherwise, one adult per bed or one adult + one small child. "

"Die Ferienwohnung war wie beschrieben mit super Ausstattung. Perfekt wenn man mit einer Gruppe Hamburg erkunden möchte. Die S-Bahn ist direkt um die Ecke und auch zu Fuß ist vieles erreichbar. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und Handtücher sowie Bettbezüge waren sogar vor Ort. Da wir mit 10 Personen vereist sind, war es sehr praktisch dass es zwei Toiletten und Waschbecken gab. "Wir haben eine ruhige Unterkunft gesucht und hier gefunden. Für unsere Belange gut ausgestattet Wohnung. Von hier sind gute Wanderungen und Fahrradtouren möglich. Wohnung lieg auf der Rückseite des Hauses und hat eine großzügig überdachte Terrasse mit Grillmöglichkeit. Dort wäre auch die Unterstellund von Fahrräder möglich, ohne Einsicht von der Straße. Hauskatzen passen auf ;-) Würden gerne mal wieder vorbei kommen."

"We stayed for a week. The apartment was well equipped, comfortable and had nice views. It is only 200m walk to the U-Bahn station and about 1.3km to the city centre. So it was a great base from which to explore the city. Hafen Stadt is fairly quiet and and there isn't much traffic compared to other parts of the city which we liked. We would recommend it and stay there again."
