A comfortable 49-square-meter apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people, located on the first floor of a building with an elevator in the heart of Udine. The location is excellent and very central, making it the ideal starting point for exploring the sights of this Friulian city. Just a short walk away are the Castle, Piazza della Libertà, and the Cathedral. We’re on Via Canciani, one of Udine’s main downtown and shopping streets. The apartment is equipped with all the essential amenities to make your stay unforgettable!



The interior layout is as follows:



- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (featuring an induction cooktop, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, kitchen utensils, and wine glasses), double sofa bed, dining table, split A/C, and Smart TV;

- BEDROOM with a double bed, closet, and split A/C;

- BATHROOM with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, air conditioning (one split unit in the living room and one in the bedroom), hair dryer, clothesline, iron, and ironing board.



PLEASE NOTE: The entrance hallway to the apartments is shared with other guests. Bicycles cannot be parked here.

Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests staying in Italy.

In summer, the average air temperature must not fall below 26°C for all types of buildings.

In winter, the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C.



The apartment has a self-check-in system, so you can gain access to the apartment on your own using the personal code we’ll provide a few days before your arrival.

- From Friuli Venezia Giulia - Ronchi Airport, you can reach the apartment by taking the regional train from the Trieste Aeroporto station (just over a 10-minute walk from the airport) to the Udine station, from which you can continue on foot or by bus to the apartment.



- From Udine Station, you can reach the apartment via several bus lines (2/4/5/6/10/11) that stop at UDINE via del Gelso 14, a 2-minute walk from the property.
