There was some water in the room coming from the ceiling, they didnt even try to fix it or offered to change rooms. The guy who came to clean the water, did it with our bathroom mat and then put it back in our bathroom! Our laundry was not delivered in time and we had to call 4-5x for them to bring it. "Arriving at the entrance was really impressive. We were greeted with a cool drink and big umbrellas as the rain thundered down! The rain meant we couldn't use the pool, which looked lovely, and our original room had leaks, so we were taken to different rooms, which were much better. The rooms were clean.
