"När vi kon fram så fanns vår bokning inte. Vi fick istället ett mindre rum till det tredubbla priset. För övrigt mysigt hotell nen bra service men toaletterna fungerade ej och samma sak efter rumbyte."

Not an ideal experience in a rather remote location at 21.00. Other than that, a perfectly agreeable stay."

"Our room was not cleaned and we had to call to get service that still took too long to come. There was some water in the room coming from the ceiling, they didnt even try to fix it or offered to change rooms. The guy who came to clean the water, did it with our bathroom mat and then put it back in our bathroom! Our laundry was not delivered in time and we had to call 4-5x for them to bring it. "Trevlig glamping-resort, nära till Udawalele nationalpark vilket var stora anledningen till mitt besök. Maten var okej, lite dyr buffé på kvällen sett till vad som serverades. Lyckades inte lösa så jag kunde dela safari-tripp med andra sällskap och ja tror ärligt att de inte försökte, ju fler bilar desto mer pengar in. Annars fick jag god hjälp med att lösa bussresa vidare till Ella."
