• The Old City lane is accessible by rickshaw only — standard cars cannot reach the doorstep. Secure parking is available nearby at Hathipole. We would be happy to ferry you and your guests from Hathipole to the property.

• Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi and daily housekeeping are included.

• A refundable security deposit and valid government-issued photo ID are required at check-in. Foreign nationals must carry a passport with a valid Indian visa.

• Two of the ensuite bathrooms are compact — worth knowing in advance if that matters to your group.

• Meals apart from breakfast are not provided at the property — food delivery is available, and the Old City is full of great places to eat nearby.

• Caretaker stays on the ground floor of the property – available for your assistance at just a call.

• There are cameras covering the stairwell and rooftop areas for your security.

• Strictly vegetarian — non-vegetarian food may not be brought into or consumed at the property.

• No hookah, illegal drugs or related paraphernalia permitted.

• No loud music or speakers at any time; quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.

• No parties or gatherings.

• Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas — smoking indoors or spitting tobacco/paan attracts a ₹10,000 fine.

• Pets are not allowed.

• Visitors are only permitted with prior approval and valid ID.

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

• Children must be supervised at all times around the jacuzzi and open courtyard areas.

• Guests must vacate immediately if a complaint is raised by neighbours or local authorities because of their conduct — no refund will apply in such cases.
