"o hotel não oferece comodidade de higiene, (amenities)sendo necessario solicitar touca de banho. não ter cafe da manha é o minimo ( tem uma cafeteria com menu precario) a Tv com imagem muito ruim... enfim Foram 7 noites muito ruins . e ainda fui cobrada por uma despesa q nao tive no ROOFTOP. por sorte o manager de la , desceu a conscierge e comprovou que nao havia esta despesa. "They do it well in many ways from the first minute you enter the hotel. Staff were friendly, made us feel welcomed. The room was clean, got everything we could think of, the self serve laundry was clean, the machine worked well, the parking was safe, breakfast was good, plenty of things to choose from. We intend to stay here again next time. They are that good. "

"The stay was great and the room was just fine. Had everything i needed. Shopping and dining were walkable and there were plenty of options. I really liked the check in process. It seemed intrusive at first but it made everything super convenient when i arrived. The parking was the only down side but even that really wasnt to bad. I will definitely stay here again. Super affordable."

"Great little place to lay your head. Bed was comfy, pillows were great. Mini fridge in room. If you dont mind sharing a kitchen it was a wonderful stay. Minutes away by uber to downtown. Restaurants nearby were great amd a grocery store 3 blocks down the road. "

I felt like I was at home for the entire week. Parking was super easy. There are coffee shops within walking distance. The hosts were excellent communicators. I would 100% stay here again. "

"I felt like I was at a home away from home. The complimentary, well, everything really, made it easy to live like I was back home but with all my friends I missed ever so much. Able to make home-cooked meals, reheat leftovers, plenty of space to accommodate us and our visitors, it heavily contributed to a fantastic vacation. The few issues were the rather uncomfortable seating options, the few things already damaged. A bowl had a corner chipped off, one of the forks looked... like someone...
