"When book Wikipedia I requested to be given the discount that was given to the convention at the time by Disabled American Veterans. The customer service indicated that that discount was going to be apply. They lied to me. They charge me $505 for two rooms that I could’ve got them for $280 at the hotel location. I will not recommend Expedia to anyone else to purchase because false advertisement in honoring discount to nonprofit organizations is preferable to book directly with a hotel and you...

"We had an amazing stay at the resort. The staff and waiters were very friendly and helpful. A slight hiccup on the room I booked but the lady at the front desk was able to quickly correct and fix the problem and find something suitable for us."

"Enjoyed our stay. Got a complimentary upgrade for an anniversary. My only issue was the pool area. Went to swim kinda late, 8pm ish and it was completely dead and dark, very creepy. We only stay one night so we endured it to enjoy the amenities but please get some more light or a late staffer."
