"Enkelt och funktionellt boende i härligt område med massor av restauranger/barer. En soffa hade varit skönt (det finns tre stolar). Ingen reception men lätt att få kontakt med värden, de var hjälpsamma i telefon. Det tog en liten stund att checka in online men skönt slippa nyckel under vistelsen (det är kodlås). Pyttelitet pentry och ingen ugn/micro men funkar för frukost. Vi var nöjda med rummet! "

"L’appartement est bien situé, tout près d’une station de métro. Lit confortable. Quelques ajouts rendraient l’expérience de séjour plus agréable, par exemple un petit cahier expliquant le fonctionnement du four (pour les non-européens), un couteau de chef, des couteaux bien aiguisés et une deuxième coupe à vin. Autrement nous avons apprécié l’appartement, qu’on nous a permis de prendre plus tôt que prévu pour encaisser le décalage du voyage transatlantique. Merci beaucoup pour cela!"

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Ofir. L'appartement est très calme, spacieux et idéalement situé. Le balcon aménagé avec des fleurs et des arbustes est incontestablement un plus après une journée bien remplie. Nous nous sommes déplacées uniquement à vélo et nous avons pu les garder avec nous en toute sécurité. Je recommande vivement cette adresse."

"Wer den rauen Charme und das bunte Angebot von Kreuzberg mag und gute Verkehrsanbingung schätzt, ist hier richtig. Ganz nah am Kottbusser Tor mit dessen U-Bahn-Kreuz und mitten im Kneipenviertel Kreuzbergs liegt das Apartment. Durch die Hinterhoflage ist es dennoch ruhig - abhängig jedoch von den Nachbarn. Die Ausstattung ist praktisch, und sehr schön ist, dass für Spülmittel, Toilettenpapier und Co. gesorgt ist. Nicht selten muss man in anderen Wohnungen erst einmal eine Grundausstattung...

"Overall we had a good experience. The apartment was clean. It was a bit small for four adults. The pictures on the website must have been of their other apartments that were roomier. (That is why I gave "Accuracy of online listing" only 3 stars.) We stayed for 10 days and our room was cleaned and linens changed once during our stay. It would be helpful to have a broom in the room to sweep up when needed. Service was good and prompt when needed. The location is good, near tram, U-Bahn and S-Bahn....

"Die Wohnung ist auf den ersten Blick wirklich toll. Es gibt allerdings einige Dinge, die uns nicht so gut gefallen haben: Zum Check In wurde uns geschrieben, dass die Wohnung ab 14 Uhr verfügbar sei. Als wir dann um 15:15 Uhr an der Wohnung ankamen, war der (freundliche) Reinigungsmann allerdings gerade erst in der Wohnung zugange. Da wir unser Auto nur kurz vor der Tür parken konnten, um die Sachen auszuladen, mussten wir dann unsere gesamten Sachen mit einer fremden Person in der Wohnung...

"The apartment, located at the floorplan, is very big. The atmosphere is very cool, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom is clean with a big shower. The only weak point about the structure is the strong humidity. We went in August and it was impossible to let something dry. The towels were always humid, also the clothes. Sleeping with this sensation was not so nice and also, entering the apartment, you could smell like moisture. The position is strategic, because...
