"Perfect Stay in Hamburg
Everything about my stay was perfect—from the property and excellent facilities to the warm and attentive staff. A special thank-you to Patrick from the Concierge team, who was exceptionally kind, helpful, and attentive to every detail.
The hotel also has an amazing gym and a very convenient location, close to Hamburg Hauptbahnhof, shops, and the beautiful Alster Lake.
I had a wonderful experience and will certainly return!"

"For a hotel that calls itself 4 stars superior, many things were lacking. Blackout curtains in the room were one of them. I was forced to wake up at 5:30 am every day. Breakfast was too crowded, making service slow. I suggest setting up a serving area that is compatible with the number of guests. Elevators were quite slow. It also seems that the number of elevators is not compatible with the number of guests. Staff were helpful and attentive."
