"Had a wonderful time staying at the cozy shoehouse as we took a couple days to reunite with family after moving out of state. Spent 23 years in York visiting the shoe from time to time. It was very nostalgic inside and outside of the shoe. Unlike practically all shoes, this one did not stink."

"The place was nice and neat with all modern finishes. The two bedrooms had nice large beds with tvs and the kitchen was nice and new. The owner lives upstairs and lives there so being aware of the living situation is important but if you’re looking for a great view, location and place to stay that’s quiet and well appointed, this is it!"

"It was so fun to take my 13 year-old granddaughter to this farm. She loved farm animals and the whole setting. It was also just the right size for the two of us. Emyily was a great host. Anytime I had an inquiry she was very efficient and answering and very kind."

"We stayed here for Hershey and Lancaster. The location was very easy to get to, as it was just off a highway. There are a handful of restaurants and gas stations very close by. Getting to Hershey and Lancaster was very easy. We had plenty of room for 9 people to spread out, but also come together to play games in the evenings."

"The property was beautiful and so large. Plenty of space for our party of 8 to spread out and enjoy time alone or with each other. Two refrigerators allowed us to stock up and cook in the house. We enjoyed nights at the fire pit and morning coffee on the front porch. Loved this house!"

"It was the nicest rental we have stayed in. It was clean and had a well-stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable and linens clean. It had the cutest area with toys and books for children with a reading nook! We didn’t use it, but there was a very nice grill on the porch. There were two tvs. The neighbors were friendly. It was centrally located for Sight and Sound, quilt shopping, Hershey park, restaurants, and local attractions."

"Very clean and bright in a quiet neighborhood for a great nights sleep with bedroom window darkening shades and very comfortable beds. Nice touch with the gas grill in the big backyard for fresh ribeye steaks and coffee bar. Plenty of hot water for 7 showers after a busy day of family activities in nearby Strasberg (22 minutes away)."
