"We’re a family of 16: 8 adults and 8 children ages 3-13. This is our 3rd summer to rent a house together. Everyone said that the Hilltop Farmhouse is the best house we have ever rented. "This home is located in a nature lovers paradise. The house is very nice and the covered porch is great. There is a path down to the river. They have a beautiful large deck overlooking the water and a staircase leading into the river. And the woods surround everything. "This was a great spot for our family vacation. The house was so spacious and clean. It had games, a pool table and a tv we never even turned on. It is so close to the beautiful lake. The sounds of nature were so beautiful and relaxing. It is so quiet you can hear every bird! The house was so well stocked with everything you need to make your meals. "Spent the 4th of July weekend here with my wife and our dogs and we loved the convenience of the location being so close to Lake Wallenpaupack and Hawley. Had all the amenities we needed and the dogs found it quiet and cozy for their much needed “relax” time as well. Highly recommended!"

"Our stay was great even though it rained 3 days we were there the house is very cozy and if you open up all the blinds it’s like you’re still sitting outside! If you have a dog this is a perfect place to set them up with a long lead and let them hang outside with you or walk the property with them which our dog never got old of! Definitely will be staying here again in the fall. "
