Great hotel. Stay was made awkward by the annual fair being in town!!
Town centre roads were closed, and it was really noisy until 11pm. "
"The guest house is a lovely older building type, very comfortable and very close (6 minutes on foot) to the city center. The lovely Kevin and Vicky make us feel very welcome and well taken care of, making sure we are comfortable and have everything we need. Loved that the room had a mini fridge, a microwave and a kettle, as well as an assortment of teas and coffees for my use. The breakfast is part of the stay and it's an amazing (and huge) assortment of foods, and because it's cooked for you,...
"Absolutely awful… Stains all over the walls, stains all over the carpet.. Musty smell… It was so bad, we lasted 15 mins, we simply could not stay in that room on the top floor.. We handed the key to a staff member, left the building and rebooked at a hotel 20 metres away.. "

"Visited The Mansion House in Holbeach to attended the Heritage festival at weekend at Sandringham. Stayed for 6 nights.
Really lovely hotel, run by an amazing couple Sam & Richard. Nothing is a bother for them. They go above and beyond.
Car park areas for approx 3 cars at hotel, but they also have another larger car park area essentially just around corner. Always got parked there too.
We stayed in the Deluxe Double Rooms with Ensuite with wonderful showers.

"O quarto é confortável e limpo, o banheiro possui uma ducha muito boa e o staff também é muito atencioso. O único ponto negativo é que o hotel é de madeira e por isso é possível escutar passos nas escadas e nos corredores. Mas se você tiver sono pesado, pode se hospedar sem preocupações."
