"We will certainly never stay here again. If this was mine, I would've been horrified to have allowed this to happen. I own 2 long term rentals and I keep them in tip top condition for my tenants. Short term rentals need to be WAY better than this. It's like the owner is being so cheap, she can't get out of her own way. There's all these notes about what to do and what not to do and normally that would be fine, except she has all these rules for guests and has no self awareness that she's...

"Loved the property and the location! Short walk to the beach and easy bike ride to Coligny for shopping. We loved having a pool and basketball also. We will definitely stay here again!"

"The property was well maintained and the pools on site along with a sauna and hot tub came in handy since it rained on us a little the first day. The beach being right at the property was nice and felt exclusive. There were friendly and respectful neighbors and beautiful tall, mature trees which made it very tranquil. We would definitely go back and stay at this property again."

"Property was very clean upon check in and I appreciated that all of the switches in the common area were labeled, made it much easier to figure out which ones to use. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were very comfortable. The view from the patio is nice and you can see a variety of birds and even an alligator in the lagoon. We opted to drive to the beach instead of taking the Dunes Buggy, but it’s a quick 2-3 minute drive to the Disney Beach public beach access."
