Waterview 3rd Floor Condo With Private Beach, Tennis/Pickleball Courts and Pools

Come relax at the 3rd floor sunset and beautiful partial water view condo located in the gated, oceanfront complex on the north end of the island. You can view the shrimp boats, large cargo ships and dolphins daily! This 1 bedroom condo has a SERTA perfect sleeper queen bed and 2 bunk beds recessed in the hallway. The bunk beds are suited for children, 100 pounds or less. There is a 40" cable TV in the living room as well as a 21" cable TV in the bedroom. All linens, towels, iron and board as well as a hair dryer are provided. The kitchen includes a refrigerator and freezer as well as a stove/oven, microwave, all necessary pots and pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, blender and a standard regular drip coffee maker. Coffee filters only are supplied, along with a starter supply of paper products.

Enjoy the newly remodeled pools and kiddie pool, 3 tennis/ pickleball courts, and the boardwalk to the private beach (with stairs). For your enjoyment there are 2 beach chairs, 1 beach towel per guest, beach toys for the kids, games and binoculars provided. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available on the same floor. Central heat and A/C unit and full Wifi is included. Parking is available for only ONE vehicle per reservation, this is strictly enforced! No boats, trailers, golf carts or RVs are allowed. No pets are allowed. There is a handicap ramp at the back of the building, however this unit is not ADA certified or handicap accessible.
Enjoy your "Tybee Time" on your private balcony with a partial water view as you watch the sunsets, dolphins and ships. Take a tour of the Tybee Lighthouse, Tybee Marine Science Center, Fort Pulaski, Savannah, a day trip to Charleston or just relax on the beach !

This coastal beach on the Atlantic Ocean, only 13 miles from Savannah with many great restaurants, excellent shopping and activities for all ages. Go on a dolphin tour boat (highly recommend) or jet ski, fishing, kayaking, or paddle boarding, visit historic sites and museums or just look for sharks teeth and shells. My goal is for you to enjoy your "Tybee Time" on a wonderful vacation!

I had wonderful despite the rainy weather. The condo is in a perfect location. Check in was seeming and the host was extremely hospitable, checking in to make sure I had everything I needed.

We enjoyed our time at Carol's condo. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It is also very conveniently located. We will certainly return again on our next visit to Tybee.

Good place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The only minor issues we had was that it had a musky smell and the bathroom sink and toilet were very low (like the sink came to my hips and I am 5'4). My husband is 6ft so it was uncomfortable for him. The bed was alright. We did see dolphins and the private beach area was really nice (the water was quiter almost like a lake). If we would have brought our 2 kids (5 & 1), I feel like it would have been too cramped. Overall not bad for the price.

We are thankful that the owner was able to accommodate us this year when we had to cancel last year because of a family emergency.We were very pleased with the condo,slept well,enjoyed sitting on the balcony.We saw lots of dolphins and enjoyed our stay.Tybee Island is awesome and so was being able to Uber and bike ride around.If you haven’t been ,you need to.And stay here,it was nice .

Tybee island is perfect!

Tybee island is the place to go!! The apartment itself was maintained and kept nice. The partial view was perfect to sit outside and watch the ships that move by earlier in the day and in the evenings as well as watching some of the fish boats. The ease of access to the beach was perfect. And if you like a pool when theres an ocean (kinda the opposite of what i wanted to do :)) the pool area was very nice and well maintained. The dolphins from this point of the beach truly is amazing. There are so many out in the water. Also, the beach itself was not overly crowded but you could walk 10 min down the beach to a busier side that had a place for surfing and 15 min walk on the beach from some restaurants and the lighthouse area. Overall it was a pleasant stay and look forward to going back again in the next yeat or two. Though i did not need to contact carol during my stay she made herself readily available if anything was needed.

Lovely place

Lovely stay!

We had a great time! Host Carol communicated clearly with us and promptly responded with questions.View was nice, could see dolphins and boats from the balcony. Property is well maintained, pool area was relaxing. Short drive into Savannah. Delicious restaurants within minutes. Would stay again!!!

Family Getaway

We had an amazing family getaway. The location of the condo being on the third floor allowed us to watch the dolphins daily and have a birds-eye view of the property. The location made for easy access to and from Tybee as my son, daughter-in-law and newest granddaughter live in Savannah. it allowed us to have privacy and yet be minutes away from family. The coffee bar down the street was a daily ritual. We also traveled with our bicycles and enjoyed riding around the island.Carol was an absolute pleasure to deal with and responded immediately to any inquiries. The check-in process was seamless and easy. The condo had all the necessary amenities for a great stay with my two granddaughters. I’m looking forward to returning soon for another stay.

lovely stay

We enjoyed our time here. The pool was great. We saw tons of dolphins and enjoyed walking on the beach. The little kitchen had all the basic necessities. Like all beach rentals, it could use a deep clean and some updates, but you're not really at the beach to spend time inside, anyway. However, I think there are a few important things to know for other guests: 1) the bunk beds are appropriate for very small children, only, as they are extremely small. My 9-year-old felt very cramped, and it's a good thing we didn't have the 11-year-old with us. 2) the beach is not recommended for swimming -- there were many warning signs about rip tides, large wakes, etc. When we wanted to actually get in the water, we made the 5-minute drive down to the public beach at North Beach, which was gorgeous. 3) the bare minimum of pillows are provided -- I wish I'd brought a couple from home as we're multi-pillow sleepers. But, even with those things, I'd recommend to others -- just important to know those details.

Kid Friendly Tybee Condo

I did not have my hopes up to see the dolphins, but we actually saw them every day when we went to the beach. The kids loved the beach, the water was calm, making it easy for them to swim. We did beach walks in the evenings and always felt safe and saw lots of other families.

Beautiful and cute

Lovely place to stay, beautiful and cute Perfect for a getaway to a quiet beach with all the amenities. Only thing was the place was not clean well before we arrived. Floor was dirty and didn't have a broom to sweep. But other than that it was great.

Absolutely Amazing!!!

My family and I loved our stay at Tybee Island. This condo is in an amazing location. We were able to see dolphins at any time of the day and the beach was not crowded at all. No need to pack anything l, as everything was provided, including beach chairs and toys. Carol was awesome to book with and we are so blessed to have personally met her while there. We will book again! ♥️♥️

Cute place with excellent location

We were looking for a quiet location with excellent access to a beach and a pool. This location on north beach was outstanding and we loved Tybee Island. Enjoyed seeing dolphins play both morning and night. If you are looking for a brand new property with large rooms, this is probably not the place for you but was great for the two of us. Carol was easy to communicate with and had great recommendations for favorite places. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
