The main level features an inviting living room with a large TV and access to a front deck. Prepare family meals in the fully stocked kitchen, which includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and a refrigerator with a water and ice maker. Enjoy dining in the dedicated dining room or the casual kitchen eating area. A convenient half-bath is also located on this level.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Master Suite (Upper Level): A private retreat featuring an en-suite bathroom with double sinks, a walk-in shower, and a jacuzzi soaking tub. It also includes a pack-and-play for families with small children.

Additional Upper Level Bedrooms: Three more well-appointed bedrooms are located upstairs. Two of these rooms offer direct access to the expansive wrap-around porch and are equipped with their own TVs. A second full bathroom with a tub and shower serves these rooms.

Lower Level Bedrooms: The ground floor includes a fifth bedroom and an additional bedroom area, both featuring TVs. A full bathroom is also located on this level for added convenience.


Entertainment & Outdoors

The lower level doubles as a dedicated game room and hangout spot, complete with an air hockey table, ping-pong table, TV, and a mini-fridge. Outside, the property boasts a full walk-around porch with multiple seating areas and a deck equipped with a propane grill, perfect for evening cookouts.

Parking: Extensive parking is available on-site, with room for multiple cars and a golf cart.

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests and the preservation of our home, please adhere to the following House Rules for Tybee Treasure Chest:

Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM to respect our neighbors.

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises. A fine of $500 will be applied if evidence of smoking is found.

No Parties or Events: Our home is for the exclusive use of registered guests; large gatherings, parties, or events are not permitted.
