Tybee Skies is a 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom property located on the South End of the island.
The main living area and kitchen is located on the third floor, while the bedrooms are located on the second. There is an elevator for guest use located inside the home.

The grand living area on the third floor provides an ideal setting for gathering with loved ones, featuring two distinct seating areas with a sleeper sofa to sleep additional guests.

In the dining area, there is seating for 6. The fully-equipped kitchen is designed to meet the standards of a professional chef, equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, quartz countertops, and a large kitchen island with seating for 4. There is a full bathroom located on this level.

Additionally, you will find direct access to the wrap-around porch on the top floor via the living area, which is complete with comfortable seating and an outdoor dining table accommodating 4 people. A spiral staircase on the porch leads to the rooftop deck, which is where you can expect to see stunning sunrises and sunsets, with 360-degree views of the island including the Atlantic Ocean, Little Tybee Island, and the Savannah River.

All of the comfortable sleeping arrangements can be found on the second level. Bedroom 1 boasts a spacious layout with a king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, an ensuite bathroom, and direct access to a private balcony. The ensuite bathroom features a beautiful walk-in steam shower, a soaking tub, and dual vanities. The private balcony is adorned with a daybed swing, creating a serene spot to soak in the refreshing beach breeze. Bedroom 2 is thoughtfully furnished with a queen-sized bed, and a flat-screen TV, and even includes a workstation for those who work remotely. Similarly, Bedroom 3 features a queen-sized bed and a flat-screen TV. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a full, hall bathroom, complete with a shower and tub combination. The fourth bedroom, located on the ground floor, includes a queen-size Murphy bed.

On the ground level, splash into your private pool for endless fun with family and friends! The lounge seating surrounding the pool is the perfect place to kick back and catch a tan, all while holding a drink made at the pool patio bar! There is a downstairs, open-air bonus room with a large sectional, barstool seating, half bathroom, and charcoal grill area. Additionally, there is an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach.
