    Two Mermaids is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath Mediterranean style luxury condo at the Brass Rail condo community on the south end of Tybee on the beach side of Butler Avenue. This adorable condo is full of beachy decor and local art; funky and fun!
    Great beach/ocean view from your private balcony as well as seating on the balcony; the perfect spot for reading and relaxing! These condos are within very close walking distance to the beach, the Tybee Pier, shops, and restaurants! Bring your fur babies as Two Mermaids is pet-friendly! (pet fee will apply.)
    Features include upgraded finishes and appliances, granite counters, custom cabinetry and stainless appliances. [NO ICEMAKER].
    Enjoy your complimentary sample of Mermaid Morning Bliss coffee; a special perk for all Mermaid Cottages guests!
    Electric grill. Washer & dryer. Whirlpool tub and separate shower in the Master bath. Amenities include two private pools, outdoor sauna, elevators, and community picnic area. The community pool hours are 10am – 10pm and the pool is open all year round.
    NOTE: POOLS ARE NOT HEATED. ONLY THE HOT TUB IS HEATED.
    Garage parking for two vehicles!

    ALSO NOTE: THE PARKING GARAGE HAS A 7 FOOT CLEARANCE. OVERSIZED VEHICLES MAY NOT FIT. NO ADDITIONAL PARKING IS AVAILABLE.

    Minimum Age Requirement: Must be 25 years of age to rent this property.
    ALL PET FRIENDLY HOMES REQUIRE AN ADDITIONAL PET FEE. PLEASE PICK UP AFTER YOUR PETS!
    PLEASE NOTE: LONGER MINIMUM STAY (UP TO 7 NIGHTS) MAY BE REQUIRED DURING CERTAIN TIMES OF THE YEAR INCLUDING HOLIDAYS AND OUR SUMMER SEASON.

It was a great property for a girls trip. We especially loved having the pool as it was very hot while we were there and it was nice to come from the beach to the pool. Location was great, walkable to many great restaurants and stores. Overall great stay!

Beautiful condo

Mermaid Cottages was exactly what we were looking for. We loved the beach and the beach decor. It was spotless and I would recommend it to anyone going to Tybee.

Tammy and Diane were excellent to work with and very accomodating!! I could not say enough good about their service. My dad had to have oxygen delivered prior to our arrival and Tammy went above and beyond to assure everything went as needed! Thank you all so much for a wonderful week, especially after the weather threw off our original plans :)

Perfect location!

We had a marvelous stay at The Brass Rail through Mermaid Cottages! The condo was beautiful and had a well-stocked kitchen. The location was central with plenty of meal options close-by. If I had a question, I was able to text and immediately received a response. The property was impeccably clean and the check-out process was easy. We had two dedicated parking spaces, so never had to worry about parking. My family will definitely return!!

Whatt a great place!!!

I’m having trouble finding words to describe how great this place and location was. First of all the unit was so spacious, had a great wraparound outside balcony and right in the middle of all the action but also very quiet. Also, the two pools and hot tub were just perfect. We can’t wait to return.

Great Location

Very nice 3 bedroom condo. In a perfect area that you can walk to almost everything and especially to the beach. The condo really needs a good cleaning. Property manager was very nice and helpful.

Condo was great , clean & spacious , close to beach & had nice pool. Close to shopping & places to eat . Would def stay again . Only down was master needs a bigger TV & more towels . Overall a great vacation !!!!

We also really appreciated the personal contact from the hosts—they checked in to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. That extra care made the stay even more special. Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be back!

Perfect Location

This property was the perfect location, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. We stayed with our 2 younger children and had 2 adult kids visit for a couple of days and there was more than enough space for all of us. It is nice that the Master bedroom is down the hall from the others. Balcony with a view was perfect for early morning coffee and late night chats. The kitchen was well equipped to cook up some meals as well as the patio grill. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Tybee Island.
