Great week in Tybee!!
The condo was as pictured!! The bedroom was very small. Which was expected but I prefer windows. Bed was comfortable!! Island was fun. Beautiful view from the balcony!! One suggestion… new patio furniture. Table has metal on the edge and is rusted. Went to Savannah 2 days which was amazing!! Enjoyed dining at Huck a poos and the Crab Shack!! Great food!! If you need to food shop there is an IGA on the island but I also saw a Publix on Rte 80 West when I returned from Boneventure Cemetery!! Only 10 miles or so from condo. Oh and the elevator is on the South end of the building if you are disabled in any way. However there are still steps. Unless you go to the ramp in the center of the building and back track. I would say if you have difficulties walking or using steps this unit would not work out too well. Unit was also very clean!!

Linda’s place on Tybee island
The condo was cozy and bright! Great deck over looking the beach and wild dolphins frolicking in the sea!! The beach is so private we were alone enjoying the beautiful sunshine and watching cargo ships pass. Savannah is only 25 minutes away and going into town is a straight shot!! We had an excellent time! The property is so quiet and restful!! I would highly recommend!!

Great condo
We had a good time. The location was good and the condo was as advertised. We enjoyed the view from the porch and the closeness to the beach. We had minor glitches with working the tv. The host and housekeeper were helpful with this and responded quickly. The instructions for locking the door weren't quite accurate but we figured it out. We did have to replace batteries in the keypad since it wasn't working at one point. The mattress could use a replacement. The area was nice and quiet. All in all it was a relaxing get away.

Cute beach condo
this was a perfect space for me and my daughter to have a relaxing get a way. we had everything we needed to fix breakfast in mornings and loved how close by the coffee shop and restaurants are.

Will not be back
Upon arrival, no key in box as stated and no operational A/C. Called and left message for Property Manager who never responded during our three day stay. Disappointing that beach access was closed down - had to use access from another property. Supposed to be a gated property but gate never worked. It stayed open during our entire stay. The access card we were provided with did not work….do I need to go on? We will not be back

I’m sorry for the inconvenience you stated. I had not been told of the A C . Gate did go out but will be perpared. No key to door. A digital lock I’ll be glad to refund half of your fee , I had no control over the problems.however it interfered with your trip and I understand. I start you refund if you can call Vrbo and help me out. I ask them for refund and was told have you call them. My regards Laura

Owner did not communicate with us until the day before our rental was over. We could not find our condo. We were in building a. But there was no markings on the building or in the email to explain how to find the building. Communication was poor. Took us a while to figure out how to lock the door from the outside. We thought the bedroom was very tiny. Very little room to move around.

Great little condo
The condo at SBRC was just as described. Very clean and well-appointed and the bed was very comfortable allowing for a great night's sleep. The only issue was finding the elevator in the complex. Not a fan of not having a W&D in the condo, just make sure you have lots of quarters if you plan on washing clothes during your stay. Overall, we had a great time.

Seeking Peace and Tranquility
Seeking a place that would offer me the opportunity to spend the month of January reflecting on my life and enjoying peace, serenity and a tranquil setting, I found that at Tybee Island and enjoyed this warm, comfortable condo that felt like home as soon as I walked in the door. I loved watching the large ships pass during the day and night, the beautiful sunsets steps away, and the solitude that was offered this time of year. Laura was the ideal hostess and reached out several times during my stay to make sure that everything was going well. It was a wonderful get away, and has become a special place for me. God willing, I'll be back.

Dolphins galore!!
Had the best time! Love watching the dolphins. They were out all the time. Great restaurants close by. Fishing from the shore was great! The house was perfect for 2.

Excellent place
It was very nice to be so close to the beach. Other places on Tybee are not that fortunate. The only item, (if there was one) is that it's a bit small for three adults. Two adults and a child, no problem. (The bunk is a bit too small) However, the couch worked out just fine. We would definitely rent this place again. Thank you very much

Great Choice
The condo was everything that was present in the listing and more. We had a great stay. Communication with the property manager was very responsive. Every time I asked a question she responded almost immediately.

Great Condo!
We were very pleased with our stay! The condo is just as described and matches the pictures. Check-in was smooth. Everything we needed was there. The view from the balcony was nice, the pool was a fun time, and the beach was mostly quiet and less crowded than the south end. Easy access to restaurants, shopping, and close to Savannah. We hope to reserve again in the future!

Not what I was expecting but not bad.
The location of the condo wasn't what I expected and the ants on the beach made us leave the beach early but we enjoyed the pool. The locks on both front and back doors need to be fixed but other than that it was nice. Thanks for having us.

Great place to vacation!
My husband and I visited for our wedding anniversary. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. Our condo was located very close to parking and the pool. The beach is located just past the pool. The condos we stayed at are the only thing in the area except for a few private homes. This allowed for us to have a quiet and peaceful beach experience. We probably had 100 feet around us on all sides without anyone else. We were able to watch ships come and go as well as dolphin watch from the shore. Our condo has a view of the beach and you can see dolphins and ships passing from the balcony as well. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone we know!

Peaceful with Gorgeous Views
My family loved staying at this condo. I can’t say enough good things about our stay! The view from the balcony is beautiful. We watched dolphins and cargo ships everyday. The condo complex is clean and quiet our unit was cozy. We found other tenants and renters to be respectful. The parking is easy…so easy for a beach rental. I’ve never had such ease with parking at a rental! The gated complex is a plus! Laundry room was around the corner from this rental and it was reasonably priced. Take advantage of morning and evening walks on the beach. So much natural beauty and interesting marine life. This condo is very close to Tybean Coffee, Huc a poos (pizza and more), Zunzibar (Mediterranean) and several cute, eclectic gift shops. We also enjoyed pizza from Pizza on Wheels and Bubba Gumbos for delicious fresh seafood. Other tips: download the parking apps for Tybee and Savannah. Public parking on Tybee is $4/hr with the app, but double without the app. Savannah is so close and makes a wonderful day trip. We truly enjoyed our stay. The north end of the island is so relaxing and peaceful.

When we arrived, we had no idea what room we was in and it was never communicated. There is no one there to help so you have to call for assistance! Very confusing and it took us 2hrs to find out where we paid to stay at. Not happy and would not recommend!

This was a great getaway. We loved this rental. Very clean, cozy. We had everything we needed. Loved having our coffee on balcony and watching the dolphins in the water. I cant wait to come back to Tybee and will definitely look into renting from this host again. Thanks Laura for having us!!

Great little getaway
We had a quick beach getaway with a couple of teenage girls. The condo was clean and stocked with all things listed. The bunk beds were too small for our teens so they used the provided air mattress. It was a bit dated, but sufficient for our needs and we loved the location and the beach access just steps away!

This is the second year we have stayed here and still had trouble with communication about the elevator and that there is a ramp in the middle of the first floor in the back of the parking area. Made getting our items to the condo difficult. My husband and I don’t manage stairs well.

Great Condo on the North Side of Tybee
We had a great stay in Laura's condo. We are VRBO property owners ourselves in the North GA mountains area so we are particular when we stay somewhere. Laura was very responsive to any messages we sent her. The property was clean and in my wife's words, "sooo cute!". The view is a nice side view of the Savannah River channel just before it goes into the Atlantic and we really enjoyed sitting on the deck in the mornings and evenings. The pictures don't indicate it, but there is a full sized refrigerator and we were pleasantly surprised to find the bathroom to be very updated. The kitchen is well equipped and had everything we needed. It's a short walk and a few steps to the pool area and really close to the beach walkway as well. The beach is well kept, very secluded, and away from the crowded partiers that are on the ocean side of the island. There was a lot of wildlife on this side and you will see lots of birds, tons of dolphins and various other small animals. The channel side water is much calmer than the ocean side...I prefer more waves but my wife loved that it was calmer. You will get some waves when the barges go by and it is very interesting to see the huge barges that close. The location is a couple of miles from the downtown area but there are several good restaurants near the condo as well...our favorite was Bubba Gumbos which is what I would consider a dive restaurant but on a small marina and the peel n eat shrimp and gumbo were both excellent! The grounds are well kept at the complex and you can tell the HOA is on top of things. We really enjoyed our stay and we plan on coming back. Thanks Laura! Chris and Carrie

Our stay was awesome
I had trouble getting in to the condo. I just don't think description of the property mentioned only one car allowed. But Property Manager was so helpful. She helped me getting all issues resolved and questions answered. The condo is truly a beautiful place to visit. If you are a photographer, I highly recommend this condo since you can spot easily sunset and sunrise outside of the condo.

Great for a short weekend
We stayed here for a few days before dropping off our daughter at Georgia Southern. We are visiting from Atlanta. The unit is nice for a weekend stay. Beach area and water isn’t really what I would consider the ocean side. More like a bay or channel. Not any waves. Downside was the parking. Supposedly you are only allowed one car per unit. We had two since our daughter was headed to Statesboro after we left Tybee. Mike, the HOA President, let us know we were in violation. Overall the location of the property is nice. The AC worked amazing and the porch has a nice view.

Great Stay!
We stayed here on Tybee for the first time and it was wonderful! Checking in was good (you just show up at the time instructed and the instructions for the keys were given). Parking pass didn't print out but we got one left in the condo. Property Manager was supposed to schedule to bring us one but we never received it (thankfully we found one the host left). Hostess was FANTASTIC! She is the best and answered everything I needed. VIEW was wonderful, we got to see the dolphins up close and personal, hermit crabs, horseshoe crabs (needed help back into the water). Area was just absolutely beautiful. Guests were great too. Laundry is a coin laundry room - but you need to bring your own coins. But I got to do my laundry. We had a blast and my 5 yr old loved the bunk bed nook. (with great convincing).

Great first visit to Tybee!
We had a great first visit to Tybee. Check in was exactly as explained in the instructions. This condo is in a great location. On the property and just in general. Laundry is right next door which was fabulous! Never heard them running from our condo either. We were woken up a few times middle of night from people in halls and above us, but that’s normal. Quick walk to some fun stops: Shops @ Tybee Oaks, Huc a poos, Tybean coffee. Views from balcony were great. You will for sure see dolphins. Everything needed was provided. Extra towels under bathroom sink. Extra trash bags under kitchen sink. A few beach toys left over from previous guests were in closet. Everything you could want or need! The only, negative I found was the pool staff, or who I refer to as the pool police. I do understand this is a private club, but you’d be called out if you forgot one of the twelve rules on the board. While you could throw hard plastic diving toys all over the place, my kids were in trouble for tossing a soft water ball back and forth. Don’t let your kids be loud, they will get in trouble. They do have some “designated” items on a table that you’re allowed to use. The pool was not really kid friendly in my opinion. You are allowed coolers/drinks/food in the pool area, which was a plus. I would definitely visit this condo/location again just as the 2 of us. It was really a little too tight for myself, husband, 10 yr old and 7 yr old. The kids loved the bunk beds, but they really need a ladder or something. We did tuck in a pool noodle under the sheet in hopes to keep a kid from falling off. Like I said, I’d be back! PS…my maiden name is Coleman. The booking was meant to be I guess!

Great little condo, balcony views were gorgeous. Sunrise is a must watch along with all the dolphins that swim by. Condo was clean, but we did find some hair in the towels. Overall a good stay, would stay here again.

Will definitely return to Tybee.
Communication with condo owner was not great. I did not have access to get into the facility or my room and the staff at the facility, thankfully, was polite enough to help me. I called and emailed her. I received a call after I had gotten into the room and already unpacked. The bed is very hard and uncomfortable. I slept on the couch. Aside from that, we had a great trip and highly recommend stay at this facility (maybe a different condo though).

We loved staying here. The HOA president was so kind and they kept the pool a family friendly, clean, and fun environment. The location is great in regards to getting to/from the beach easily and very close to many restaurants/shops.
