Sandy Toes! King Bed - Newly Renovated - Clean

This is a first floor side condo. You have a great pool view and pretty water view beyond the pool. The location of Sandy Toes is great! It's located in building A which is our larger building. The handicap access is also right across from our door. The beachfront pool is about 100 feet from this condo and the beach boardwalk runs along side of the pool.

New king size bed is super comfy. The living room furniture is also quite comfortable. You have large sofa and swivel chair. There is dining for two by the window to the balcony.

You have a 43 inch TV with Blu Ray player where you can get Netflix, Hulu and a variety of other perks wherever you have an account. The bedroom TV is 24 inch. There is also private secure wifi in the condo.

You will find DVDs and CDs in the top drawer of the living room cabinet. Also on the cabinet is a CD player. There is a charging station that will charge up to four devices at once. Just bring your USB cable.

Please note - there is only one parking space provided with this condo. Check in time is 4:00 p.m. and check out time is 10:00 a.m. Smoking is not allowed in the condo or on the balcony.

Beach Warnings:
- Glass bottles are not allowed on the beach.
- Do not touch or go near sea turtles or their nests.
(large fines imposed for both these things)
