One of our amazing vacations rentals on Tybee is just a short distance from South Beach, which stretches from 14th Street down to 18th Street. Ocean View Modern boasts one of the best views on the island and amazing amenities including a private heated pool, elevator, and direct beach access through the dunes. The luxury condo has ample room too with four bedrooms and four and a half baths. It can sleep a total of 10 guests and comes with all the great creature comforts you'll always find in our Tybee vacation rentals like private parking, flatscreen TVs, full kitchens and tasteful, unique decor.

Step off the elevator or take the gleaming white stairs up to your own Tybee oasis. Starting in the kitchen of this refreshing and bright rental, you will find a fully modern and sleek look with a bright white interior, open floor plan, black countertops, and stainless steel appliances. There is plenty of counter space for meal prep, and a kitchen island featuring five red barstools to catch a quick bite before heading to the beach. Just adjacent to the kitchen is a large dining table making it easy to enjoy a family dinner at home.

Near the kitchen is the living space with a leather sectional, huge flatscreen, and lots of large windows for taking in the gorgeous views. Step out onto your private covered deck with seating to relax and take in the ocean breeze and amazing views.

Making your way back towards the sleeping quarters, you can expect to find 4 spacious bedrooms with flatscreen TVs, plush beds and en suite private bathrooms well stocked with fluffy linens and other necessities.

Ocean View Modern's amazing amenities don't stop there. The crown jewel of the property is definitely the private heated pool. Walking back from the beach path through the dunes, you will see this emerald oasis beckoning you to take a freshwater dip after a long day in the salty sea. On the pool deck you will also find seating and a gas grill.

Discover Your Next Favorite Vacation Spot
Because of the great location of this particular property, you'll be close to all of the action at South beach where the main Tybee business district is. Here you will find a number of great restaurants, shops and nightlife. The Tybee Pier and Pavilion is one of the top spots on this beach where you can grab an ice cream, cold drink, or try your hand at fishing. This part of the island is also most popular for those looking to catch some waves in the fun surf.

Just a short ride away is the Marine Science Center on the North end of the island. The center is a great place to take kids or anyone who wants to know more about the interesting ecology on the island. It's open regularly most of the year and you can schedule guided beach walks and marsh treks. The Discovery Shop is full of scientific entertainment and it has the biggest selection of books on the island. You'll find the Tybee Lighthouse also nearby, and North beach is renowned for being a fun place to look for shells, watch dolphins or watch the international maritime traffic as it comes into the Port of Savannah.

Many guests come to Tybee Island just to relax in an island paradise, but if you have extra time and transportation, you can't miss taking the short drive west into Savannah. This quaint city feels like a portal to the past with one of the biggest Historic Districts in the country. Explore mossy oak-lined streets, take a ghost tour through some of the cemeteries, or spend a day on River Street watching the ships and checking out all the shops and restaurants. Forsyth Park and River Street tend to be the biggest draws in Savannah, but there are also numerous museums and galleries to see as well.

Southern Belle Pool
Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located at 19 Silver Ave, Tybee Island, GA 31328. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.
The Pool is open during the below dates and times.

March 1 - Oct 31: Open 7 days a week from 10am-5pm.
Nov 1 - Feb 28/29: Open Friday and Saturday from 10am-5pm

Additional Pool Hours available during the off-season are listed below. If these dates fall in the middle of the week, the pool will be open as listed below and every Friday and Saturday.

Day before Thanksgiving, Thanksgiving Day, and the day after Thanksgiving
Day before Christmas Eve, Christmas Eve & Day, and the day after Christmas Day
Day before New Years Day, New Years Day, and the day after New Years Day
Day before MLK Day, MLK Day, and the day after MLK Day

Guests with Pets
This property is not pet-friendly. If you're traveling with a dog, ask us about our pet-friendly properties that accommodate up to 2 dogs (50 lb combined weight max) for a $130 pet fee.

Long-Term Stays
For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For these reservations, we require an additional cleaning at a cost every 30 days. The cleaning cost varies by property. Our office will be in touch to schedule.
