This beautiful home features 4 Balconies on the two upper levels.

The ground level of this home features two garages and a large foyer and den with access to a privacy fenced yard and patio with a gas grill. The large den has ample seating and a TV for viewing the game or movie night with the kids. Enjoy games and activities including a ping-pong table. The second floor of the home is the main living level. This floor features a large open floor plan kitchen, dining, and living area. The kitchen has bar seating for three, and the dining table has ample room to seat eight comfortably. The huge, fully equipped galley kitchen has stainless steel appliances and features dual sinks and dual dishwashers - for easy cleanup. Guests will enjoy relaxing in the living room, which opens to a balcony facing the backyard. There is a large flat-screen TV in the living room.

Located on the main living level is primary Bedroom 1, with a King bed, TV, private bath, and huge walk-in closet. The remaining bedrooms are located upstairs. The third floor has a study in the hallway loft plus three additional bedrooms. Bedroom 2 on this level, has a King bed, TV, and an attached private full bathroom. Bedroom 3 has a King Bed, Smart TV, and a private bath. Bedrooms 4 and 5, are both furnished with 2 Queen Beds and have Smart TVs. These bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a tub and shower combination. There are Four total balconies at this home from which to enjoy the coastal breezes and fresh Tybee air! There is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Lazy Dayz is a great place to spread out with the family and relax near the beach!
