One of the bedrooms has an en-suite private bath and access to the balcony. The second bedroom, has access to the shared main bath., that also serves living and kitchen areas. The first floor balcony is accessible from the Living/kitchen area and Master Bedroom. The main living area has a 47-inch flat screen TV and BluRay player. 3 couches for lots of seating, one of which is a Queen sleeper sofa. A separate area, perfect for dining, card and game playing also has a 32-inch flat screen TV. The dining table seats up to 10, with a kitchen island with 4 bar stools. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, mini-fridge, two dishwashers, and all the other modern convinces for ease of meal preparation and vacation cooking..

The second living level includes 4 bedrooms and the laundry room with full-size washer and dryer. Both sets of bedrooms are connected by spacious baths. On the left side of the floor, the front bedroom has a King and Twin Daybed, connected via the full bath with the back bedroom with is furnished with 2 Queen Beds. On the right side of the floor, the front bedroom, has a Queen bed connects via a full bath (walk-in shower) with the back bedroom which has 2 sets of Twin Bunks. The ocean view balcony on this floor is accessible from both front bedrooms. While all bedrooms include flat-screen TVs - one of these TVs is a DVD player only and does not offer any television channels.

The ground level of the property includes free on-site parking for up to 5 vehicles.
