The home is located in a quiet residential setting near Jaycee Park, only about 1 block from beach access, and is located next to the Tybee Post Theater. Guests will have Good Times and make great memories in this 2 bedroom, 2 and a half bath three-story townhome. The tastefully appointed home features all-new hardwood floors and new fixtures throughout.

The ground level entryway includes a nice foyer area as well as a garage that will accommodate two cars. The second level of the home is the bedroom floor. The Primary bedroom has a plush Queen bed, a 32-inch flat-screen TV, with an attached full bathroom with all new fixtures. Guests will enjoy the attached balcony with comfortable seating, and an eastern exposure that is perfect or watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee in the morning.

The second bedroom, also on this floor features a King bed and a 32-inch flat-screen TV and an attached full bathroom, which is also accessible through the hall. The bedroom offers privacy and relaxation and views of the wooded landscape outside.

The third floor of the townhome is the main living level. The living room is airy and bright with high vaulted ceilings. The tastefully appointed space includes comfortable seating with a sleeper sofa, a decorative fireplace, and a 50 inch TV screen. There is a balcony on this level that includes casual outdoor seating with an outdoor table with seating for four.

All new wood floors are accented by custom tile design in the kitchen. The open floor plan includes a living room, a dining table that seats four with an open kitchen with bar seating for two. A half bath and a laundry area with full-size washer and dryer are located just off the kitchen.

WIFI/Wireless Internet is available for guest use. There is parking for up to 3 cars, one in a driveway and two end to end in the garage. There is an outdoor shower so you can rinse off at the front prior to coming back from the beach. This townhome is pet-friendly, with an additional fee.

PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval and additional pet fees. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches

EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property.
