  • Localizado no extremo norte da Ilha Tybee, perto do Farol, o Sandys North Shore oferece excelentes vistas a partir dos decks e alpendres e do quarto principal. Os hóspedes vão adorar os mais de 1.000 pés quadrados de espaço ao ar livre! Desfrute de vista para a água e vista para o farol, que é especialmente encantador quando iluminado à noite!

    O primeiro andar da casa inclui a sala de estar, sala de jantar, cozinha, casa de banho completa, quarto da rainha com varanda privada, lavanderia, 2 decks e um alpendre mobilado. Há lugares de jantar para 6, 4 na mesa e 2 bancos no bar café da manhã. O segundo andar tem 2 quartos rainha e uma casa de banho completa no hall, grande varanda mobilada fora do quarto principal com uma excelente vista da água. Esta é uma casa muito bonita e confortável - agradável por dentro e por fora. Muitas palmeiras, pátio mobiliado e até mesmo uma rede no quintal! Há também uma churrasqueira a gás para churrascos!

    Localizado no tranquilo bairro de North Beach, perto do histórico Tybee Lighthouse, do Museu Tybee, de restaurantes no The North Beach Grill e dos Tybee Dog Parks. Acesso à praia está localizado a cerca de 300 jardas / 2 quarteirões da casa. Acesso à praia adicional no estacionamento norte da praia a cerca de 5 minutos a pé da casa. Internet Wi-Fi disponível. Duas (2) camas dobráveis estão localizadas na casa para opções flexíveis de cama.

    Aceita animais de estimação para um cão pequeno com menos de 20 libras por uma taxa adicional. O quintal é totalmente vedado. Estacionamento para até 5 carros (3 na garagem, 2 em drive).

Great place just 1 thing

Great spot! Just one issue- there was a clump of hair on the shower wall that was honestly pretty disgusting. Other than that solid spot

Keeping as a fav!

This property was adorable. It felt very beachy and the quiet historical neighborhood it is in is priceless. There was plenty of room and beds for my family of 6 and our two small dogs. I'm grateful to people who allow dogs! The fencing is great but not secure enough to let the dogs go out ahead of you so plan to go out with them. A few other minor maintenance issues were evident but overall it was great and we would definitely stay again!

Checkin fine. Kitchen facilities adequate. Extremely dirty. Hair all over counter, dirt, hair, food over floor, table/ stools. Same for bathrooms. Nice decor but cleanliness very disappointing. Had to clean our selves just to make sanitary.

Great Location and Sweet Property

The house was precious and laid out well. And it is close to the beach. I love the location of the laundry room. ☺️ I wish it had updated televisions with apps so we could have watched our favorite shows. But the cable/satellite had a lot of variety to choose from. We would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Nice Place

We enjoyed everything about the property, except the master bed upstairs had a loud creak, and if one of us moved or got up during the night, then we awoke the other.

Bright and happy place in a great location!

This rental house is full of sunlight, great decorative touches that make you smile and remind you that you are at the beach. Our family likes to cook and the kitchen was roomy and very well stocked with everything we needed. This is the BEST vrbo home we have ever rented! And we have been happy with all the others.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was charming and quite. A short walk to the beach.

The views were breathtaking. A short walk to the light house and north beach bar and grill. We enjoyed our time there. Will definitely be back.

great time, property could use a bit of TLC

The property was very clean, quiet neighborhood and close enough to shops and stores. A little TLC will go a long way, shower head needs to be replaced and some touch up paint here and there. Beds could be updated as well one box spring was very noisy and one mattress needs to be replaced.

Property Management Left some things to be desired

First of all let me start with the great things about this property. The location is fantastic and the house was prefect for family and for our dogs. The kitchen was great, and well equipped. It's a good house if you have family and you want to be within walking distance of the beach and light house. Now the negatives. We were given the wrong address for check-in and showed up to a private condo with a very unfriendly resident who didn't appreciate me pulling into his driveway. You could imagine my panic when I drove 4 hours with 2 car loads of family and dogs and in that moment thought I had been duped! I called the property management and was promptly helped and given the correct address-great that they were on call, but this shouldn't have happened in the first place. The house was in good shape, but the grass on the property was in need of cutting. The bed in the top bedroom with the lovely patio needs to be replaced, badly. The frame would squeak every time you moved or rolled over. I left behind some cake pans and a hand mixer, unfortunately. Once I got home and realized this I followed their procedure to put in a ticket for an item that was left behind. We left the property July 31, and I have heard nothing since. A simple, "we cannot return your item" would be a little better than crickets. So the house was great and location was great, but the property management was so-so. Certainly not the worst, but could use some improvement with the details.

Awesome home for a family!

We spent a long weekend here. The property management team was stellar. We had an issue with the A/C not cooling off as well as we would have liked the first night and the team was incredibly responsive and sent a tech over that night to ensure all was well. We stayed with our kids (everyone was two to a room) and had a very comfortable stay. We were within walking distance of a main beach entrance at North Beach and the rental was dog-friendly! Overall, they were GREAT.

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is nicely decorated and especially loved the view from the top balcony. We cooked a lot of our meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. Also enjoyed the screened in porch. Would liked to have had a larger tv in living room and bedrooms

Quick family trip

I stayed here with my husband and 3 kids for a weekend trip before school starts. The beach was nearby which was nice but the instructions for beach access were confusing/inaccurate. The house was perfect for what we needed. The area was quiet which was also nice. The shower head fell in my son’s head while he was showering, which apparently scared him and gave him a little bump. I’d say the place could use a little updating on some items but overall what we expected and maybe a little nicer. We enjoyed staying on the north end near the lighthouse. Sufficient parking. We only had one vehicle but had enough space for 4-5.

My family had an absolutely wonderful time at this rental. The house was beautiful and nicely equipped with amenities that made the stay feel very much like home away from home. We had babies with us and the house was relatively baby proofed which was very nice. The beach was clean and very accessible. I would easily stay here again, as well as recommend it to others. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Sandys North Shore. Accommodations are clean and comfortable! We visited Savannah and had a great lunch at the Flying Fish here on the Island. Bought from the local Latitude 32 store and had an overall great experience!

We loved staying at Sandy's North Shore. The house was a perfect fit for our family (6 adults and 1 toddler). It was easy to commute to the beach, to other parts of the island, and to town. The check-in and checkout process was extremely simple, and the staff made sure communication was easy.
