Tybee Island getaway

The proprty was very nice, clean and comfortable. Close to eating & shops. The ocean views were spectacular. We highly recommend this place.

Incredible property

We spend the first part of May in Tybee every year. This property was one of my favorites. The views, the layout of the condo, it was just wonderful. Great experience. Can’t wait to visit again!

Excellent Location and Nice Place

This property was exactly as listed. Really nice location on the beach with a great view. The place was very clean and comfortable. We would stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Great Location

This was a last minute booking, and the rental office was very helpful. They were friendly, available for questions, and overall nice to work with. The condo wasn't in perfect condition, there was chipped paint and minor issues. There was no towel bar in the master bathroom, which was inconvenient. Still, the patio was lovely, we couldn't have had a better view or location. Our trip to Tybee was a last minute change and we didn't know what to expect, but we plan on returning to Tybee and would definitely rent this place again.

The property was wonderful in most regards. One minor concern was that although the microwave worked fine and was clean, there is rust in its interior. However, we absolutely would stay there again if one major problem was fixed: the door from the front deck to the front stairway leading to the street could not be locked. Both the knob and the deadbolt were rusted. This was a security concern for us as there is no way to bar access from the street to the front deck - and to the entire property at any time the sliding doors are not locked. Otherwise, we highly recommend the property.

Wonderful location but a very dirty and dated condo

First let’s be positive. The location across from the beach is great. The layout of the condo is very nice. The balcony has lots of room. So why would we never recommend this condo? It was filthy. As we came in you can see the black trails across the carpeting. This tile was even dirty as if it was not mopped before our arrival. The faucets in the master were covered in a green hardened goo. Gross y’all. The paint touches ups are done badly with spakel from repairs on the walls, shower curtains and floor. One bare foot walk through the condo left our feet bottoms black. I turned the wand to open the blinds in the master and one of the blinds immediately fell off. We didn’t care about the dated furniture but cleaning simply requires effort. The carpet however is beyond cleaning. It’s filthy in our view. This condo is a $5-10,000 dollar facelift from being awesome. As it is now we could never recommend staying in this residence.

On the beach

The view alone was fantastic! We would definitely stay in the property again! We have been to Tybee several times using VRBO and will continue to use VRBO on all of our vacations.

Tybee beach stay

Location, location , location! It was excellent. Great views of the ocean and convenient parking. Very cute coffee shop and cafe right at the end of street. Would definitely recommend others to stay here. Sliding doors off of the living room were a little hard to open especially the screen doors. They did not stay on the track well. Overall great stay.

Great view!

The view from the patio and even the front room were amazing. This was our first beach trip during the fall, and it was great having the beach essentially to ourselves. The unit was quite nice, though it's probably due for some flooring upgrades. The tiles on the patio are loose and coming up and the carpet in the master is very stained and shows its age. Overall we were pretty happy with the place.

As expected

Check in was a bit of a hassle- unit had not been inspected, so we had to wait around until the inspectors showed up - they were really nice but it just delayed us getting down to the beach. Unit was nice and view was great.

Extremely clean condo and very short walk to the beach

Everything is exactly as it’s stated. Super clean. Close to all kinds of restaurants, shopping, beach and pier. Beautiful view as well! Only negative is the master bed is very uncomfortable. But that’s the only negative thing about this condo!

Great spot in the middle of everything

This is a great spot near the pier and local restaurants and shopping. The beach was more crowded than we are used to, but that is to be expected near all the action. The view of the ocean is great and you can watch the sun rise from the balcony each morning. Very clean and plenty of room for 6 adults we very much enjoyed our week in Tybee. The only things that could have been better is that the wifi is very spotty and does not reach the bedrooms and the back stairs leading directly to the beach side would greatly benefit from the ability to lock the door.

very nice

right on the beach. very clean and nice. love the town! charming. and walking distance to several restaurants. only complaint. there was nothing in condo at all. no beach chairs or umbrellas (my past rentals had them). they didn't even have salt and pepper! two frying pans, one was a little busted. very little glass ware for drinks. not a big deal....we rented chairs and umbrella. I would stay here again.

Peaceful Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed this quiet, clean condo with a great view of the beach and ocean. It was nice being only a short walking distance to the ocean, Pier, Restaurants and shopping. It was just perfect!

Great vacation

Satisfied all of our needs. Great view of the ocean and just steps away from the beach. Loved the wrap around balcony with outdoor table and chairs for dining. Loved having the onsite laundry. Easy check in and out process. It was nice to use a code rather than have to keep track of a key.

Beautiful view! Nicely furnished, comfortable beds, parking for 2 cars and elevator to the 3rd floor

Outdoor porch furniture was very dirty and can see some structural repair needs.
