Cheerful Beachfront Condo
This bright and cheerful little beachfront condo is a perfect get-away for a couple or families of four (2 adults MAX and 2 children). This condo features a queen bed, hallway bunks for the kids, full bath, full kitchen and balcony. Just steps to the beach and private pool. Short walk to restaurants & pubs! The space This is a cute funky beach get-a-way with fun nautical décor and all amenities included. Perfectly situated on the North Beach and just about 200 steps to the beach! No kidding! Just take the boardwalk right over to the sand. Our place is within walking distance to restaurants/pubs, coffee shops, bike & kayak rentals.
Our place is situated in the best of both worlds. The condo is beach front on the Northend of Tybee (less crowded beaches); yet only 1 mile from the action of Tybee’s main hot spot “Tybrisa Street’. Around the corner you’ll find a beach front pool, kiddie pool and plenty of lounge seating. Next to the pool is the boardwalk to the beach. Also, the grounds include tennis courts, playground, picnic tables and grills.
Occupancy designed for 2 adults MAX and 2 children. Parking is for ONE car ONLY.
The condo is completely furnished, including a fully equipped kitchen with a full-size fridge, microwave, four-burner stove, oven, blender, coffee maker, and all essential cooking ware (pots, pans, etc. ) Also, it includes all dish and flat ware (utensils, plates, glasses). The unit is on the first floor. The building is up on stilts about 6 feet, so there are some steps. However, there is a ramp at the front of the building in case you need that. The condo faces off to the side of the complex with a slight angle towards the beach. So there is a partial view of the ocean from the balcony, but we would not count this as a "view" as it's at an angle.
The main bedroom has queen size bed and a 20-inch TV. It has a large closet and dresser with plenty of room for your luggage and clothes.
The bunk beds are such a fun experience for kids. It includes a ladder and a removable safety bar to prevent falls. Plus, the hallway bunks can be private with the hallway door shut.
The living room has a comfortable leather sofa with a 47 inch flat screen HD-TV that includes full cable and a Roku in case you feel like staying in and relaxing.
The laundry facilities are at the end of the complex breezeway, the room to the right. The washers & dryers are coin operated and it costs approximately $3.50 to wash & dry a load. They don't have a coin machine, so if you plan to do laundry be sure to bring plenty of quarters.

Other things to note We’ve found those who enjoy adventure, travel, water sports, and exploring as so very happy here. From the eccentric, laid back, and totally free spirited, Tybee will meet your expectations.
Tybee can serve all your basic needs: Grocery, Post Office, Gym, Hair Salon, Charter School, Dental, Urgent Care, over 30+ restaurant and pubs, as well as several churches of denominations.
Additional rules Occupancy for 2 Adults MAX and 2 children as the bunks are child-size. We do NOT have accommodations for more than 2 Adults and reserve the right to cancel booking if 3 or 4 Adults intend to occupy the unit.

CONDO SAVANNAH BEACH AND RACQUET CLUB RULES: 1. No clothing, swim wear, beach towels, etc. shall be hung from balcony railings.
2. No outdoor grills on balconies.
3. DO NOT THROW CIGARETTES FROM THE BALCONIES.
4. Trash and garbage are to be placed inside appropriate receptacles located on the property.
5. No one shall annoy others by creating any unreasonable noises.
6. Each owner purchased ONE parking space with their condo. We do not have parking available for boats, RVs, campers, golf carts, etc.
7. IN the case of any dangerous or questionable situation, each renter and guest shall grant "Right of Entry" to the SBRC Board of Directors or its duly authorized agent whether or not such renter or guest is present at the time. For non-compliance with these rules, renter or guest may be removed from SBRC property and refused further entrance by the SBRC Board of Directors or its duly authorized agent.
POOL RULES: Hours of Operation: 9AM to 9PM everyday
-No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. -No food or glass containers allowed in pool or surrounding pool area. -No running in pool area. - No yelling, screaming or noisy games allowed. -No bicycles or skateboards. -Persons with communicable diseases are not to enter pool. -Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not to enter pool. -No children under the age of 12 allowed without adult supervision. -No swimming allowed during heavy rain or when thunder and lightning can be seen or heard. SBRC Management reserves the right to deny use of pool to anyone at any time.
