The lovely interior includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. The living area offers a sleeper sofa for extra space and a flat-screen TV. The sun porch, next to the living room, is perfect for relaxing or curling up with a good book after a sunny day at the beach. There is also an enclosed porch which makes a great additional space for guests to enjoy the cool Tybee nights.

Located on a large corner lot in Tybee Island's quiet Back River neighborhood - about a 1/2 mile, 9-minute walk to the main beach, shops, and restaurants. Stroll along beautiful Venetian Drive, one of Tybee's prettiest streets, and just steps from the cottage. Perfect location to view gorgeous Tybee sunsets over the marsh. The home is also a great option for kayakers as there is room to park the trailer, and you are only a few short blocks away from the best kayak launch on the island!

The two bedrooms share a bathroom accessible from the hall and offer a tub and shower combination. The main bedroom is furnished with a King size bed, and the guest bedroom has two Twin beds. There is a full-size washer and dryer located in the detached garage.
