The Space:

Step inside and discover two distinct living areas, each with its own vibe. The front living room is a tranquil space ideal for unwinding with a good book, while the back living room invites you to kick back and enjoy a movie on the Smart TV. The kitchen is a chef's dream, fully stocked with everything you need to whip up delicious meals.



At the end of the day, retreat to one of three plush bedrooms. The master suite offers a luxurious king-sized bed, a private en-suite bathroom with accessible shower-tub, and a Smart TV. The other two bedrooms each feature comfortable queen-sized beds, sharing a second full bathroom located in the hallway. There is also a plush floor mattress available, which comfortably sleeps 2.



The magic continues outside in the expansive, fully fenced backyard. Your furry friends will love the freedom to roam, and you'll love the cozy patio and the array of outdoor games. Soak your feet in the wading pool, cool off under the misters, gather around the wood-burning firepit for a night of s'mores and stargazing, or challenge your friends to a game of cornhole or horseshoes.

There is a Level 2 EV charger located on the right side of the garage. The plug is a Tesla style plug, but it is compatible with all EV cars with your adapter. Accessible if you park on the cement driveway.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home and backyard. Please note the garage and backyard shed are not available for use. Guests will access the home via smart lock.



The Neighborhood:

The home is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood, just a short drive to Indian Cove campground.



Getting Around:

Getting around by personal car is easiest and best! Rideshare is limited and should not be counted on. The road to the home is easy to navigate & paved.

AMENITIES:

We provide basic toiletries including: towels, hand soap, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner/body wash. Kitchen essentials are also provided: pots/pans, paper towels, dish soap, sponges, coffee, sugar, spices, oil & trash can liners.



ENTRY:

There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. Entry code will be provided to you 72 hours before arrival. The code is changed after every guest.



PARKING:

There is driveway with room for 4 vehicles. Additional parking available in front of the house. There is a Level 2 EV charger located on the right side of the garage. The plug is a Tesla style plug. Compatible with all EV cars with your adapter.



THE DRIVE:

Super simple paved road to get to the house!



INTERNET:

The house has reliable high speed internet throughout the entire space.

You can access your Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc. accounts with the Smart TV in the living room and primary suite.



OUTDOOR SPACE:

Shaded outdoor lounge featuring misters, a shallow wading pool, BBQ grill, swinging hammock chairs, corn hole, horseshoes, and wood burning fire pit are all available for you to enjoy!



BEDROOMS:

There are 3 bedrooms, one with a King bed; the other two with Queen beds. There is also queen sized memory foam floor mattress. Total accommodations can sleep 8 guests.



KITCHEN:

Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and all basic kitchen essentials: Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils/Spices/Oil



SECURITY:

Security cameras are located at the front of the house for your security. There are NO cameras inside the property.



PET-FRIENDLY:

Pets are welcome with a nonrefundable $60 pet fee (per pet/per stay). Please keep pets off of furniture and pick up after them.
