House itself was nice and view was beautiful. The hot tub was not usable as it was dirty. Many light bulbs were out or went out while there. The owner comped us a little for the late check-in due to a cleaning miscommunication. They were quick to remedy the cleaning issue.

The property manager was great, responsive, and helpful. The rental itself could use some TLC. We had a nice stay but there are a lot of quirks: spa almost unusable & very dirty and gas grill hadnā€™t been cleaned in months. We arrived at 415pm and the cleaners literally were mopping themselves out of the rental. We arrived to the smell of bleach and wet floors. Lower price was a factor for me, so in hindsight you get what you pay for, albeit by the time cleaning and VRBO fees are added in, itā€™s a 250/night stay.

We stayed with our 2 teenage sons in this beautiful home. Everything was very clean and we had everything we needed. The backyard opens up to the desert with a view of the mountains and we enjoyed the fabulous sunsets. My sons enjoyed the hot tub and it was very relaxing after a long hike to soak in there. It was very peaceful and quiet even though we were just minutes away from the town and restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here.

We had the best time and enjoyed the backyard. The hot tub was perfect to relax in and enjoy a peaceful night in the desert. The extra rollaway beds in the closet were comfortable and appreciated. The middle bedroom could use bedside table lamp and some large, extra towels for the hot tub would be nice, but other than that, two thumbs up!

The outside spaces in this hind really stole the show for our group. Starting off the new year watching the stars from the hot tub and waking up to the stunning views from the back windows made for a truly fabulous stay. The location was a great way to experience the natural environment while still being close to Joshua tree and getting to explore the town & park.If you plan on cooking we did need to plan on some extraā€™s like paper towels and napkins as those were not included in the rental but the kitchen was otherwise well equipped.We had 5 people staying and would have needed to run to the laundry mat if we had stayed any longer as there were only enough towels for each of us to shower and use the hot tub.These were minor concerns during what was a beautiful stay with comfortable beds, clean space and a yard I wish I could have packed and taken home with me!

Armine & Dale were responsive, kind, and professional. There were concerns with the hot tub, garbage disposal, safety of outdoor furniture (wooden Adirondacks are likely not safe to sit on). The kitchen needs a deep clean. There were some other little things. With all of that said, the responsiveness of Armine & Dale, the location near JTNP (our reason for being there), the cleanliness of the bedrooms and bathrooms (which was perfect) would make me say that i would be very willing to come back. to sit on)

Great location near the park entrance, but on quiet edge of town. The home was clean and cute, but a little sparse and impersonal. No dressers in the smaller bedrooms. The hot tub was huge and clean and great at night. Comfy beds. No laundry on site, which was stated in the listing, but a bit of a bummer. Overall, a nice place to stay.

Great location. close to town but with a real sense of privacy and seclusion. The house was comfortable and well-appointed and had what we needed and when it was needed. Hot tub was wonderful on star-filled nights as the lights from the marine base twinkled on the horizon. We had fun.

Great home base for our visit to Joshua Tree. Close to the park as well as other modern amenities. Not too far off the beaten path, but still lots of privacy. Large home with large rooms. Open layout made it feel light and airy. Backyard was open yet private and the hot tub was great after a long day of hiking. The outdoor seating was comfortable and accommodating to a group atmosphere. The host was easy to contact, and quick to respond. Overall great stay.

We were only there a couple of days, but the place was great. Clean, plenty of room, and a beautiful view from the back yard. The owner/manager was quick to respond when we texted them and even helped me out with an item left behind after we checked out. Will definitely stay again when we go back!
