"The staff was lovely and helpful and when we asked what could be done as our bed was inclined and a terrible mattress in the noisy budget room, they upgraded us to the better room at no extra cost. This was also their worst room as we could barely walk around the bed and fit our luggage and they did show us a better budget room after our complaint.
Unfortunately the restaurant was dirty and food of poor quality, although has a great location and view. There is definitely room for improvement."

"We stayed here for about 3 days here before and after trekking at Annapurna. The staff is amazing. Firstly, the manager, Ramesh, he helped us to make a trek plan. He organized all things with reasonable prices include guide or porter, trekking permit. Tims, accommodation etc. Also, he helped us to hire a car with driver for half-day to tour round surrounding area. As such, we could tour Pokhara in a short time. The rooms were very clean with great attention to detail. All staff was very friendly...
"We stayed at the Vivanta for three nights in April and loved it! The hotel is beautiful, clean and extremely comfortable but what we loved most was the staff. I don’t remember being treated better at any hotel. From check in to the wait staff, hostess, manager and even the chef, we were treated like family and taken care of so well that we hated to leave. "The best things about this resort are the location and the staff. Sabrina on reception is always smiling and cheerful. She has "magic fingers" which repairs things. Sitaram Streatham is an outstanding waiter in the restaurant. He is very attentive but also very knowledgeable about local wildlife. Lovely gentle mannered man. Our room was very comfortable. The bathroom is a wet room so i struggle with wet floors but i bought a floor squeegy in town for just over £1 and that helped a lot. ...
