Nestled in the village of Cabarita Beach, Oleander House is your coastal sanctuary, perfect for a rejuvenating holiday.

The space
Oleander House is a private home in a quiet neighbourhood with 4 bedrooms. The configuration is as follows:

Downstairs: Large Master Bedroom with designated working space, (King bed) Games Room with bar (including Table Tennis, Games and Books and Adult Bikes, Beach Toys), Shower, Toilet and Laundry (washing machine and dryer).

Upstairs: Three Bedrooms (2 Queen, 1 Double), Kitchen, Living Area (Polished Timber Floors), Bathroom, Toilet, Front and Back Deck, New Carpet, Polished Timber Floors. All bedrooms have been freshly painted and have new carpet and fans and capture the gentle sea breeze.

Outdoors: Cabana with outdoor seating, pool with pool toys, tropical gardens, bird feeder.

Port-a-cot and high chair can be available upon request.

Linen and bathroom supplies included. (Bedding, Towels, Shower Gel, Shampoo and Conditioner supplied).

Picture yourself starting your day with a cuppa on the deck, where you can take in the majestic nearby mountains while being serenaded by the soothing sounds of ocean waves and gentle breezes rustling through the trees. Later, you can cool off in the pool or lounge by the water's edge in our lush tropical backyard. As the afternoon sun paints the sky, our cosy cabana invites you to unwind with your favourite book or savour an afternoon cocktail.

Oleander House is the ultimate family-friendly destination. From poolside play to endless fun in our downstairs games room, there's something for everyone. Explore nearby attractions such as Tropical Fruit World, Hastings Point (ideal for whale watching), canoeing in local estuaries and leisurely bike rides along the flat bike paths stretching from Kingscliff to Pottsville. Don't forget to visit Farm and Co, just down the road, where you can enjoy farm-to-table meals and a delightful farm walk suitable for the whole family.

Oleander House is a haven for bird enthusiasts. You can marvel at the diverse birdlife that regularly visits and feeds, adding an enchanting touch to your getaway.
