"We decided on a last minute family trip to Yosemite and this location fit the bill - perfect to accommodate the extended family and with high speed internet for those of us who could not manage days off of work. The house is gorgeous and well taken care of. The views from the interior and exterior are stunning. The host is very responsive and helpful. This is not a property to pass up if you have a chance to stay here. I am certain we will book again!"

"We wanted a quick getaway with my visiting family members. To accommodate our needs, we looked for a place that is mostly one-level and with minimal carpeting (to avoid allergy issues). 'Hiker's Escape' met all our requirements perfectly. The cabin never felt crowded even when all 7 humans and 1 dog were in the main area. "My family and I stayed at the cabin for 4 days during my daughter's winter break. It had everything we needed to manage the little ones, cook, relax, and have fun. There are many forest roads about 100 yards away for a morning hike. The local grocery was very close and convenient. The space is nice for a family with little ones. There was a creek running behind the cabin that the kids enjoyed walking down and there was a private lake with a playground that we got to explore."
