"O apartamento fica fora do centro histórico, mas é de muito fácil acesso pelo metrô! É bem localizado com cafeterias, supermercados e lavanderias ao lado! O quarto tem um bom tamanho, o chuveiro é nota 10 e o check in foi muito simples! Voltaria com certeza!"

"La ubicación es muy adecuada, se camina tranquilo la estación de metro esta a unos pasos, en general recomiendo este lugar. El tamaño es para dos personas máximo, suficiente y muy lindo por dentro. Felicidades"

"Location was prime! There is an "honor bar" with food & beverages on the 5th floor we enjoyed discovering. The only minor drawback was no AC, yet we found the staff to be so accommodating and they provided multiple fans. A great value! "

"Good location to explore Munich. 5 minutes to S-line station. Well stocked supermarket over the road - although not open Sundays (as seems to be the case everywhere in Bavaria/Austria). Comfy bed. Kitchen has enough pots/pans etc to allow you to cook simple meals for yourself."

"-The biggest issue with this apartment is that it is RIGHT NEXT TO train rail and all day and all night long trains pass by with loud noises. The trains pass right by the bedroom windows. It is impossible to sleep. - place seems to have probably been in commercial use and now turned into residential. - there were small roaches in the unit and we informed the contact and he said these are normal in wooded areas! Extra sheets and pillows in the closet had stains and hair on them ( see pictures) -...

"The ad represents well what we found. We stayed for 16 days and everything was very smooth. The caretaker of the apartment (Mr Ali) lives in the same building and he was always very helpful and nice."
