Just a 3 minute drive from Golden beaches, restaurants, gift shops and boat tours, Sea Blue Heaven is set on a ridge overlooking the picturesque Tutukaka Harbour.

Full spacious kitchen and open plan dining/lounge area which extends to the sprawling deck with complete outdoor dining furniture and entertainment space to take full advantage of the lavish ocean views.

Bedrooms comfortably sleep 6 people with 3 bedrooms consisting of 2 queen beds and 2 singles. There is a lovely hot shower with a tub, separate toilet.

A rustic track leads you through the property's own native bush to the road, with the beach a further 100 metres away.

Please be aware this property is not suitable for young children as there is a steep drop off the front edge of the property and this is not fenced.

There is only limited parking for 2 cars as property is on a right of way and this must be kept clear at all times.

You can bring your own firewood to cozy up over the winter months. Or enquire if you would like us to provide for you.

Close to Tutukaka Marina, the main hub for a variety of fishing and dive charters, petrol, restaurants and shops. Enjoy a trip to the Poor Knights Marine Reserve, globally recognised for its world class diving experience. Ngunguru is a short drive over the hill where you will find superette and liquor centre, cafes, golf course and sports complex and takeaways to name a few. Tutukaka Coast has many stunning beaches nearby on offer including Whangaumu Bay, Matapouri, Whale Bay and Sandy Bay.

Sea Blue Heaven soaks in the natural warmth of the sun and has a heat pump for extra comfort so wood burner is optional extra.

If you choose to use it - Firewood is BYO. However we pre-supply bags of wood for you including kindling. These are $12.50 ea. and proceeds go to local school trip fundraiser. You only pay for what you use.

We'll prepare Everything so you can arrive and enjoy with no interruptions.

4 minutes drive from Tutukaka Centre, Marina, and just 10 minutes from beautiful Matapouri Bay

Access Details will be provided within 7 days of your arrival date.

After your departure the Holiday Manager will inspect the property to make sure it was left in a reasonably clean and tidy condition, and that there was no damage to any items or the property itself.

The cantilever umbrella on the deck is selected to give maximum shade in the hot summer, but will not withstand strong winds if the umbrella is left open. Please ensure it is brought back down if wind picks up or if you are leaving the house. Thank you!

Water is a precious resource in Northland. Please use conservatively.
If you run out of water during your stay, there may be delays in delivering additional water to the property. If it is found that excessive water use has led to the purchase or delivery of additional water, additional service fees may apply.

Please ensure you have for rubbish and recycling to be removed, dishes cleaned and put away and that if there is a bbq, that it was left clean, as these items are not included in any cleaning fee you may have paid. Once the property has been inspected and we were happy with how it was found then any bond held will be refunded after your departure date. If anything needs to be deducted from your bond we will let you know accordingly.
