"Hot tub was murky. Area around pool was dirty. Storage and mess behind tables in group seating area by pool. Tables dirty. When we offered to clean the area we were given a dirty cloth to clean it. Then power went out in our room when we were getting ready to leave. Could not call front desk when power went out in room because phone did not work. Could not finish getting ready.
