"The property owner communication was awesome from several days before our arrival until after we left. She was very accommodating... With regard to the house, it was very clean and in a good centrally located area. Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I did offer some suggestions to the owner to make the experience of others better. Not bad things, but things that could only make it better. I would recommend this house. "

The bed is high so be prepared to leverage yourself up.I asked, and received permission, to have a friend over one Saturday to spend time by the pool and had a girls afternoon with beverages and hors d' oeuvres - a great time.My hosts were great and I plan on going back next year!"

"The location was perfect. We were within walking distance of the beaches and all of the dining venues. The lady at the front desk, Marie, was very helpful and positive. Hotel and rooms very clean and staff vey friendly. The Southwest architectural design of the building was very different from the normal hotel appearances- very welcoming and charming. If back in the area in the future we will gladly stay here again."

The owner was very helpful and responded to questions within a couple of minutes. 10 minute drive to both Disney and Knott’s. 25 minute drive to the beach. The neighborhood was very quiet. "I already reviewed this once, but will repeat my comments. This hotel has a great location, but it is really in need of major upgrades. Security was a big concern: there were several gates from the parking lot and street that were kept unlocked at all times; anyone could get in without passing the front desk. There were card readers on the room doors but they were not operational. My mattress was old and I could feel all the metal springs. I had to cover it with extra pillows in order to sleep....

"Estadia foi ótima. Pontos positivos: Check-in rápido, cama confortável, quarto grande e é muito bem localizado. Deixamos o carro no Hotel e fomos a pé até o estacionamento da Disney (fica na mesma quadra praticamente), pegamos o shutle e em 5 minutos desembarcamos na porta do parque (sem qualquer custo). Além disso você passa na segurança ali no estacionamento, o que otimiza o tempo, porque não é tão cheio igual na entrada do parque. Pontos negativos: O café da manhã deixa a desejar pela falta de opções e por ser um espaço muito pequeno, faltam mesas para acomodar todos os hóspedes. Apesar disso, na rua do hotel tem vários lugares para tomar um café reforçado e delicioso (Dennys e Ihop). Chuveiro com pouca pressão. O estacionamento do Hotel fica bem cheio, às vezes precisa deixar o carro na parte do Valet (tem que deixar a chave). No geral nossa estadia foi muito boa e achamos que os pontos positivos superam os negativos, então numa próxima oportunidade, nos hospedaríamos de novo nesse hotel. "
