"My only suggestion would be to remove the oversized couch (which can be another bed) and replace with another chair allowing more space in the unit that is designed for 2 people.The place was clean and bed comfy. We enjoyed our stay!"

"This was truly a wonderful cottage! We had a friends birthday together. Enjoyed cooking, outdoor fire and the barrel sauna. Very handy to get to Inner Oaks where we enjoyed a culinary experience. Also a short drive to Tusket Daniel was an amazing host! There were snacks, coffee and wood for the fireplace. He even offered to start our fire and was just a text away for any questions. Park Glenwood was a short walk from the cottage. Very peaceful A perfect place for our mini adventure "

"Really enjoyed the deck and view from this house, and the inside is very nicely appointed with cute and clean furnishings. However, some of the necessities weren't entirely functional. I'm tall (6') and I repeatedly hit my head on the track lighting down the middle of the kitchen ceiling. The lighting in the main bedroom (which is charged with a cable and you have to unscrew the lightbulbs to charge them, and they're turned on by remote) didn't really work very well. "Mavillette was beautiful even if foggy at times. The nearby beach was conveniently close and a lot of fun at high tide and low tide.The rental home was very spacious, modern and welcoming.We saw deer, pheasants and ospreys on the property.Rena was wonderful to deal with, thank you for everything!"

"This property is unbelievable for it's location, charm, comfort, and owner. I have stayed at many VRBO properties and this is, hands down, the best one I have stayed at. With a lighthouse and beach within walking distance, and overlooking a working harbor across the street, it is absolutely the ideal for experiencing the best of this area of Nova Scotia. "This is an amazing property! It’s very clean and everything we needed was there. The lake was so peaceful, and beautiful. The cottage is located in the woods which made it so private. The family loved swimming, kayaking, and fishing all week. We really didn’t need to do anything more than stay at the cottage. "We were so happy at the camper, it had every convenience and was well stocked. It was a perfect spot to relax at the end of the day (in the recliner chairs (inside and outside) or the hot tub!).
