"The room was very clean and the hotel location is in a peaceful forest 15 minutes walk to McLeod Ganj where the Dalai Lama lives and the main square. The food at breakfast was excellent and you can ask for things like bananas that were not on the table. The staff were attentive. Our laundry service was excellent as well."

"The staff were so helpful and really looked after us. Even quickly giving me a seperate room to my friend very late at night, when she was really ill and needed space. The location is also stunning. I would recommend Chonor House. Thanks."

"Good place. I extended my stay."

"A unique gem, hidden away in McLeod Ganj. Staff is very helpful and courteous. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. Rooms feature world class facilities. Breakfast buffet is excellent and includes expresso drinks. A nice bar with a view. Rooms facing the valley have a nice view, They also have a full spa and gym onsite. Its also very close to the center of the area and is accessed by narrow city streets. Reception is great at arranging taxis to take you to local destinations. If you are...

"bem localizado, porem tem um ar condicionado externo no 5o andar que deixa barulho em todos os quartos ficamos num quarto com vista do vale. Vimos os surtos com varanda onde colocam um tapume e tem mais barulho cafe da manha horrível, sem opções interncionais alem de pão de forma com manteiga chegamos mais cedo e nao tinha a suite, falaram somente as 13hs. Voltamos as 14hs e pediram pra esperar mais duas horas Noites tensas pelo intenso barulho"

"The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant is really good and conveniently located. The location is ideal. An d there is a yoga school on site with daily classes. The spa is also on site and offers outstanding massages. It should be noted, however, that there is some construction happening on site and there are some guests that keep very late hours and can create a disturbance for those sleeping. Overall an excellent experience and I will return."

"Very slow internet Room was ok Location is hard to find and to get to "

"Likes - staff willing to serve, Dislike - bathroom not venting due to broken fan - sewage stench, permeating through the room, lack of hot water!"

"There was no hygiene"

"I was physically attacked by the manager of this hotel. He became very aggressive when I offered to pay with an international card but he only accepts cash or UPI. When I wanted to get cash for him, he refrained me from taking by bags in the car. When I tried to leave, he grabbed me at the throat and scratched my arm. When I left one bag behind to get cash, he locked up the driver and took his keys and phone. Sunny, the manager, is a dangerous man and I warn you to stay away from the hotel....

"The hygiene was an issue in the room and common areas. The room was dark and dingy. Utensils were not clean. The hotel is not well maintained."

"We had a wonderful stay at your hotel. The rooms offer a stunning view that truly enhanced our experience. The entire staff was professional and welcoming, but we would like to extend a special thanks to Himmat ji, who meticulously looked after every detail of our stay. The culinary experience was equally impressive, with delicious food served throughout our visit. Additionally, the hotel’s location is perfect—within walking distance of the local market, Bhagsu Temple, and the waterfall, and...
